Description of Work: They came out to do an estimate for a sewage leak under the master bedroom. They said the area to fix the leak was too tight. They are overpriced and I don't want to use them.

Experience overall was good
Description of Work: We had a very hard to find underground leak. Carolinas Finest came out tried to find leak using cameras and other equipment. Once leak was found they repaired.

Description of Work: installed new toilet, check 2 lavatory faucets, repail pop up value faucet. I wanted to move the hot water heater pipe but service man Ricky pointed out I would not save any money in hot water usage if I moved the pipe-save me money. Have used the to clean out main drain pipe due to tree roots. Had to use on weekend and they let me know very clearly if they came on weekend it would cost more. I appreciated being told that. Have used them consistently since 92 when first found them on Angie's List

Description of Work: Donnie came to our home and checked out why the drain pipe kept overflowing when we washed clothes. He found no bad pipes or connections. He climbed up on top of the house to the washer vent and ran his plumbers snake through the pipes 4 to 5 times. Each time, climbing back down to make sure that the drain was flowing properly. He suggested that we go under the house and hang up a piece of the pipe that is hanging down a bit. This will ensure a straight continuous flow. He was very polite and respectful. Also, the company guaranteed the work for 90 days. Most plumbers in the past have not done that. All in all, we would use this company again.
