Very smoothly

Didn't properly measure the roof. Not once but five times. Material delivered was the wrong length and incomplete. The roofers were not familiar with the metal roof. Initially they threw the roof together with what they had. The roof was not installed in accordance with the manufacturer installation Manuel. Camden Roofing has until 22 June to complete the project before I consider them in breach of contract. Currently this project has lasted five-months. Second problem is there is no communication with the customer.

Very professional. Would definitely hire again.

The service was good. It was an insurance claim from a hail storm. I would recommend them because they were timely and did what they said they were going to do. The price was fine.

They did a very fine job and they were very helpful. They cleaned up well and couldn't do enough for us. I would highly recommend them.

They did a good job. Our contractor recommended them. He paid attention while they were working. There were some nail pops. They came back and fixed them. It was the only problem we had since it was put on. The price was expensive.

It turned out great. I liked everything about their services. They were quick. They came out to look at the roof and I decided to go with them. They put the roof on within two weeks.

Through word of mouth, I called Camden to provide an estimate for a leak in the valley where the roof of the original structure and an addition join together. During the initial inspection/estimate, the original quote was only for repairing the valley at $750, the lowest of three estimates I requested. Once the workman got on site, he raised concerns regarding the rest of the roof on the addition. The addition on the roof had been placed poorly, to say the least, and he was concerned that even repairing the valley would not correct other defects in roof which could cause more leaks in the future. Also he did not feel the repair could be guaranteed with all the other defects. After a brief discussion and personally looking closer at the roof, the contractor quoted an additional $600 for re-shingling the roof of the addition. While I will admit it does sound like sand bagging, of the three quotes I received, none of them mentioned the defects in the roof or quoted a price for re-shingling the addition. I believe do it right the first time, so to me the extra money was well spent. In all, from quote to completion took 3 days.

I would absolutely hire them again. There were some things were great about them but there were some mishaps. However, they satisfied me for the most part. When they put the roof on the screened in porch and when they were finished, you could see the nails coming through the ceiling but they offered to come and fix it. They hired a sub to do my siding that I'm not really happy with but Camden was overall, really great. For example: The sales representative that they have (TJ Stover) was absolutely fantastic. He was very attentive and really helped me out. He was there through everything and was just excellent. Overall, they did really great roofing job.

It was an excellent experience. They answered all our questions. They went above and beyond on what we expected. I had never gone through any kind of insurance claims and they helped us walk through it. They did very good job. The quality of the job is excellent. I have recommended them to others. The crew is very fast and efficient. They were very clean. I would use them in the future.

We had hail damage done to our roof and gutters. We had Camden Roofing replace our roof through our homeowner's insurance claim. While they did a fantasic job on our roof and the service was quick. I was not impressed at all with the replacement of my gutters. It took three months to replace just a front and back gutter because of communications issues with the gutter installer. I would definately recommend them for a roof replacement but not gutters.

The company came out and gave us a quote. Steve was real personable and easy to deal with. He was able to quote the roof quickly and started the process to get the roof repaired. Steve stated that someone would contact us to schedule the work, which was done when the singles were delivered to our house. We called the company and they informed us we were scheduled for the following day. It would have been nice if they would have given us a call to let us know of their plans. They repaired the roof in acceptable fashion. We had a couple of small complaints, which Steve was able to resolve. Afterwards, we found what I thought was an abundance of nails, seems to have been in excess of 50 of so. I realize there are a lot of nails on the roof, but I was not expecting to find that many. Steve explained that he felt the number of nails was reasonable. Steve came by to collect the money for the repairs and also mentioned that we would be contacted to have the gutter work done in the next week or so. A couple of weeks passed with no word from the company and the balance of the insurance money came in, which we forwarded over to Camden Roofing less the work for the gutters. This is what seemed to spark the reminder that the gutter work still needed to be done. Never got a call in regards to the scheduling and eventually realized the work was being done when a neighbor called and said people were working on the house. The gutters went in and seem to be working fine. All in all, we are pretty happy with the work. We would have just liked a little bit more communication from the company about when the work was going to take place.

Chad was very personable and professional. I didn't receive an estimate at the time of his visit -- I think he was saving that for when the insurance adjuster came (he wanted to return at that time). However, I felt the adjuster should be able to perform his work without interruption, so Chad was not invited. I subsequently called Chad for an estimate and it was low. I chose another well-established company with more experience and which provided me with a very detailed written estimate on the spot.

We chose this company to represent us and they worked directly with our insurance company which made the whole experience much easier. They did a great job of preparing us for the experience and also sent us a tips sheet that explained what to expect while the work was being accomplished. It was a 2 day job and I liked the fact that the roofing crew that did the job is used exclusively by Camden (not a sub contractor). They really did a great job and cleaned up and hauled away all of the debris. They also used a rolling and hand held magnets to locate any roofing nails that had fallen into the grass areas. We would highly recommend this company.

From start to finish, everything went according to schedule. The crew arrived at my house when they said they would be there. Job was done in one day. Clean up was great. Would not hesitate to use again and will recommend to others.

Chris Black got approval from our Homeowners Ins. to pay for a new roof due to prior hail and wind damage. The roof was 28 years old. Chris helped me pick out a color for the roof. When I changed my mind the morning the shingles were to be delivered, Chris was very patient and helped me choose a new color. He gave me time to drive around and look at roofs and there was no pressure to rush. I chose my color and the next day the shingles arrived as did the workers. Our roof was totally replaced in one day and everything was cleaned up. Chris had suggested we buy gutter guards at Home Depot. We purchased them and the workers installed them for us. They did a great job and our roof looks great! We were very happy with Chris. We have already recommended him to friends. We did not pay any money up front. We only paid as we received the insurance checks, after the work was fully completed.

The crew arrived on Tuesday as scheduled and immediately got to work removing our existing roof. They used large tarps to protect windows and shrubs from the debris. The finshed product looks great and I have already recommended them to sevaral of my freinds.
