Too much to detail. I will keep to the broad categories as I do not want to waste time detailing out the experience. Does not survey prior to estimate - makes up for his poor estimating with add on charges. Over promises and under delivers. Pathological liar. Displays strong passive aggressive behavior. I had to micro manage Delmar Dove on a daily basis to ensure work was completed per guidelines. Reply to thier counter...Delmar Dove is currently serving time in jail for his part in rippinig off Wachovia bank circa $9.0M (thats right,Million). He falsified landscape receipts...
Description of Work: Build paver patio, built-in grill and outside fireplace.

Response from CALLAWAY FARMS LLC
The member is an unscrupulous and dishonest person who is willing to say and do anything to keep from paying his bill. He never complained about the work until we were almost at the end of the project. He then had two complaints: one was that he wanted additional sod at no additional cost and the second was that he wanted a section of the patio lowered. We offered to comply with both of his requests at no additional cost to him. He stated that he would contact us in one week, October 9, 2009 and tell us his decision. Instead, he filed a ridiculous complaint on your web site the very next day after our meeting with him on October 3rd. He had no intention of doing anything but getting 90% of the work for 60% of the cost. He has not contacted us yet, and has slandered us repeatedly. Too bad that there is not an Angie's List for customers to warn companies of people like the member.
