Caldwell by Design

The new roof leaked the first bad rain we had. I had to call several times to get him back out . He said he fixed the problem but when it rained hard again we had Leaks in several places. Again it took a while to get him back out, again he said the problem was fixed and I thought it was, that was until this year With the bad rains the leaks he said he fixed leaked again ! I have had several conversations with him and he promised to come out but it's now been two Weeks and no Larry Caldwell! He text me and said with al the rains we have had I need to file A claim and let my ins take care of it ... I already did that the first time and they paid him to put on a new roof now I wonder If he just patched the old one because if ur were new I should not have this problem . The leaks has caused my kitchen floor to buckle and the carpet is molding in several spots plus the ceiling In my laundry room is falling down
