Description of Work: Service technician diagnosed problem with Air Conditioning and replaced capacitator. Technician also checked additional unit and provided service.

+ -1 moreEverything went very well. We called in the morning and had service later that day. Don came out and fixed the problem. He was very knowledgable, efficient and friendly. Their prices are very fair and their customer service is unbeatable. I would recommend them to anyone.
Description of Work: We had our air condition serviced because it was not cooling. The problem was diagnosed right away. We had our unit inspected to make sure there were no other problems and a couple of pounds of freon added. We have COLD air now!

+ -1 moreButler Service has been servicing my house since long before I moved into it. I have an A/C unit that was about 30 years old, and instead of just replacing it they very inexpensively repaired it until it just wasn't able to work any more, and then they found a very inexpensive replacement unit that was cheaper than most places discount units. And they were able to fix my old heater for many years, and then again found me a cheap replacement.
Description of Work: We hired Butler Service Incorporated to fix our air conditioner.

+ -1 moreThe work was not done properly. There was a bad freon leak. We had to have carpets replaced and had to pay over 7000 dollars to remedy the problem. They will not return phone calls, and they finally admitted that they aren't familiar with the system they were trying to install.
Description of Work: They tried to replace an Apollo heating and a/c system.
