Much easier than I would have thought. I somewhat knew what I was looking for and quickly honed in on the specific product, based on their recommendation of two or three possibilities. They measured the windows and asked relevant installation related questions during the initial meeting. The installation was easy and as expected. Two guys came in and were done with the house (about 12-15 windows) in about 45 minutes. All blinds work fine and are exactly what I was anticipating.

Budget blinds came to measure and discuss options with us, and I was impressed then with their quality and attention to detail with their products. They were purchased and installed within two weeks. The crew only took about an hour and a half to install blinds on 8 windows and cellular shades on 7 windows which was incredible. Their products look and perform even better than I imagined. I'm so happy with the end result.

very professional, friendly and communicated as soon as our blinds arrived to arrange installation. Would use this company again . Did not anticipate it would cost as much as it did. He did offer lower cost alternatives but felt top quality was imperative. if issues arise , I know Len will be very responsive and helpful which is worth a lot!

Wayne, who I think is from the Budget Blinds location in Mooresville, came out and took measurements of all the windows in our house. He discussed with me all of our different options and what he thought would be best for our home. About a week and a half later he contacted me and came out to install all the blinds. The ones in our master bathroom were ordered or measured incorrectly and so he had to re-order them. He was very quick to do so and came right out as soon as the replacements came in, to put them in. The whole process was very good and now we have a great quality blinds in our home. I would definitely recommend Budget Blinds.

I was contacted right away to schedule an appointment. Mark came out and measured and provided a quote for both shutters and faux wood blinds. I decided on the blinds and was told in about 2 weeks they would be ready. 2 weeks later they were installed and looked great! Everyone was professional and punctual. I would highly recommend them and would use them again in the future.

I am building a new house in Mint Hill. Since the house is new, I wanted the blinds to be professionally installed. They were very patient with me as I changed the installation date 4 times. I was very sick off and on for 2 months. The installer represented the company well.. Yes, I would recommend and use again.

Len Fagan came to our home on schedule, measured the 10 windows, gave us options on color to match our newly painted third floor, gave us options on valance and gave us a good quote and a definite date of installation. Today he and his son, John, installed the blinds in less than one hour. Super personalities, very professional, recognizes Angie's list members and is very efficient in his work. Len will be back soon to replace other wood blinds in living area. Very dependable, professional and reasonably priced services and window treatments.

It was good. We were looking to get remote controlled and he convinced us that we didn't really need it which is a great thing because that would be a lot more expensive. I felt like he was very honest. They were excellent. They called me right back. It was easy to get in touch with them. There was a delay on the blinds because when they came in, the material was not up to par so they re-ordered it, but that was good, they didn't try to give me something bad.

We liked them. We liked the guy that came out as well as the installer. The blinds look wonderful. They did a great job. We had no idea what we really wanted in our sunroom and he had really great suggestions. We took his suggestions on what would look best up there and he was right because it's perfect. The installer was very good too and he was very meticulous in getting everything just perfect so we really liked that. Just everything about the blind's experience was really good. The cost was for seven roller shades and plantation shutters in the front. Plantation shutters are pretty expensive.

Len has been fantastic - used him once when we first moved in for just 3 windows, inexpensive blinds. They are beautiful and well made even though it was less $ than DIY from Lowes. He never pushed about anything and I called him back 6 months later to basically finish out the house. Punctual, great selection, easy to work with - great experience.

It was fabulous. What stood out to me about them is their knowledge, quality of the products and excellent follow up in service before, during and after the sale.

He came and brought samples and measured my windows. Then later came and installed faux wood blinds in one room and drapes in two other rooms. The entire experience was great,

Mark came out to my home to discuss window treatments. I initially thought I knew what I wanted until I saw the cost! I then came across another option and Mark discussed it with me. He measured all the windows in my home and then we talked about doing the home in phases to help with costs. Several days later, I was phoned by Linda regarding one of the colors I'd chosen for my window treatments. I was informed that the plant stopped production due to inconsistency in color. I was given an alternate option but I was also given the option to change all together. Mark dropped to book off to my home and I picked different colors. When the blinds came in, Linda phoned and gave me a number of options for the install date. On the day of installation, Mark and another gentleman came out and promptly got to work. The install went great - although a few tabs were broken on two of the blinds in the master but Mark said he'd bring those by in a week. They cleaned up - even removing and discarding my temporary window treatments and were professional and personable. I'd also like to add - I ended up getting the treatments for approx $500 less than we had agreed. I was also told that due to a discount they were receiving on the blinds I'd ordered, they were passing that onto me. What a pleasant surprise!! My windows look beautiful and I'm not the least bit upset that I didn't go with my original choice! Not only did I save money but I believe I got something that is even more function and better suited to my home.

Len Fagan was very professional, clean and neat. Very helpful and friendly service. Going to use their services again in the new future for our garage. Highly recommended. Great variety of window coverings. I am not a big fan of curtains so we purchased all blinds but, the selection was very nice.

We bought plantation shutters from Mark Paulson who is with Budget Blinds. I left a message on his machine and he called back promptly. His wife took most of his calls and she was very nice and friendly on the phone. Mark came and talked to us about the many options I had, and we all came up with a plan. He measured (accurately) and gave us a date that he would be back to install. I changed my mind about something and had to call and he had to change the order,which I am sure was a pain in the neck for him, but he did not seem to be bothered. He was very good to accommodate me. On the day he said he would he showed up to install the shutters, and he had all the tools he needed and did everything correctly. He was clean and neat and took precautions with our carpet and furniture. We could not have had a better experience.

They are so professional. They did such an excellent job of helping me throughout the process, from choosing the blinds to installing them. They were right on time and everything went perfectly. They were even willing to match the lowest estimate that we had received. I would recommend them to anyone. I've used Angie's List for many services in the past, but this one really stands out. As a business owner myself, I can say that this business is run in the same way that I try to run my own business. I can't say enough good things about them.
