I had a very disappointing experience with Bright Brothers of South Charlotte. From the beginning, communication was poor, and the process felt disorganized. The worst part, though, was dealing with Colin. He was extremely rude and dismissive throughout our interactions. I asked simple questions about the service and pricing, and he acted like I was wasting his time. It felt like he had no interest in actually helping or providing decent customer service. Based on how I was treated, I definitely wouldn?t recommend this company to anyone.
