Description of Work: A/C wasn't working, gave them a call. Was told they were booked up for the day but would work me in their schedule. Repairmen showed up less than two hours later. Went right to work and diagnosed the problem (burned out fan motor). Less than an hour later had freezing cold air!

 + -1 moreWe've used Boone twice - last summer (2009) for an evaporator coil replacement and recently for a compressor replacement. In both cases we called them and they were very responsive in coming out to our house, providing a fair estimate, interfacing with the Heil representative regarding warranty claims, and completing the repair in a timely and professional manner. They are a smaller company so service is personal although you do have to make concessions to real life (i.e. the main phone is manned by the primary repairmans wife and she is very responsive but does have to deal with picking up kids, etc... but forward the phone to her cell phone so they balance it very well). Don't expect a phone tree or to be transferred around a lot, which is nice.
Description of Work: We've used Boone several times for a replacement evaporator coil in our upstairs air handler, and for a new compressor in our downstairs outside heat pump (both Heil).

 + -1 moreEXcellent excellent excellent .....i'm out of work on medical leave and shouldn't be sitting up but i had to respond to this erquest for info about Boone. They are the best.
Description of Work: Last time they came out my heater was making a loud noise so i stopped using it. Matt Boone arrived in less than an hour....worked on it for quite a while and his fee was ridiculously reasonable. I have used them for years both in my business and at my home. I will never use anyone else. I first met them when i had to replace my entire heating/ac unit abouut 9 years ago. 2 other companies gave mequotes in the thousands of dollars. Matt;s asssistant Tammy followed up on my suggestion that i thought the system was still under warranty. The other 2 companies told me the warranty was expired. Tammy kept calling and searching until she found out the warranty was good for 4 more days! my system was replaced for free because of her honesty and hard work . And at that time i had never used this company before.....i was just calling several companies to get competitive bids. They are the best. They always respond promptly. They do great work. Their prices are so reasonable at time i feel bad like i ought to pay them more. You will be happy with them if you hire them.

 + -1 moreBoone was great. Mr. Boone and his some came to my house and were professional and friendly. They quickly got to work and fixed my furnace in an expeditious manner. The price was reasonable and I was happy with their punctuality and service. They even patched a torn duct and did not charge me.
Description of Work: My furnace was not working so Boone Heating & Air fixed the furnace.

 + -1 moreSince the new furnace has been installed, I noticed that my gas bill isn't that bad anymore. I feel it works quite well. The men did a fine job putting it in and then removing the old stuff. They left the area neat and clean and were nice men.
Description of Work: Boone Heating and Air installed a new gas furnace in my home. Our home is a little over 1,500 square feet in size.

 + -1 moreThe owner is a very nice man. We had never used him before but we knew that he does good work because he has a good reputation. He did such a good job putting that new pump in. He also was very clean and did not leave any mess at all when he left. I just cannot remember what we paid for it since my spouse handled the bill.
Description of Work: Boone heating installed our new electric heat pump. It is a system for our average sized home. He also removed the old heat pump and took it away.

 + -1 moreThis company has been in business for a long time, and they are very well known and respected. I have used them many times in the past. They showed up when they said that they would, and it only took them one day to have it installed. We have not had any problems with the new furnace at all.
Description of Work: Boone Heating & Air installed a brand new warm air furnace in our house totaling about 1850 square foot of living space.
