Our first contact was Alexander Cruz. He was professional, courteous and precise in his explanation of the work that would be done. We signed the contract on the spot and haven't regretted a moment. The crew was on time, neat and polite. I would definitely recommend this firm to anyone who wants quality work at a more-than-fair price. All I can say is "Bravo" for a a great job!
Description of Work: Drained the pool, repaired cracks and crevices, add tiles to the steps and resurfaced with Diamond Bright Pool Finish. The pool never looked better.

Jeff is extremely difficult to reach much less follow through. I have used him a few times, but never more than once in a year so I am charged the 'one time annual fee''. Usually unresponsive to my numerous phone calls to follow up which he has yet to do.
Description of Work: Came out and cleared out some of the debris and worked on stabilizing chemicals. Charged his 'annual one time extra fee'' of $55 above and beyond his regular charges. I expected him to return and complete the opening of the pool. I called him several/numerous times. He never responded to my calls. Due to him not coming back, my pool chemicals have gotten all out of wack and it has cost a lot in trying to just get things back to where he left them. He said he preferred not coming out this far, but I did not expect him to leave me high and dry.

Blue Water Pools was very unprofessional. It took several phone calls to get him to come out (we only continued to call him because our pool guy highly recommended him,) and then we were never successful in getting a written quote.
Description of Work: Jeff was referred to us by our pool service guy. After several phone calls, he finally came out and gave a verbal quote. 1-2 days later we requested a written quote. 5 days later, he called to say his computer was down and it would be a while before he could get us a written quote. We never heard from him again.

CONTRACTED 10/30, UNABLE TO WORK UNTIL 6/2 DUE TO WEATHER. IN THE COURSE OF PRESSURE WASHING, GASKETING LOOSENED, CAUSING EXCESS LOSS OF WATER. HAD TO HIRE AMERICAN LEAK DETECTION TO FIND & REPAIR THE LEAK. THE COMPANY & I SPLIT THE CHARGE 50-50. PORTIONS OF NEW PAINT CAME LOOSE. COMPANY "PATCHED" USING UNDERWATER EPOXY MATERIAL TO REPAIR. COMPANY DID NOT OFFER TO PAY FOR THE NEW REPLACEMENT WATER ($200-250)
