Blind Installations

He is very meticulous, and takes his own time with the measurements and installations. He spent significant amount of time just on the measurements on the initial survey even before we had awarded him the project. He had to order the cellular shades to fit the custom casement windows. He had to do the job in piecemeals, since there was no way to finish the installation in a day. We installed the electronic battery operated cell shades in our living room, and top down and bottom up/ open close/ cell shades in the rest of the home. We have a curved wall in the living area where he installed the electronic windows. The windows in this section extend nearly from the floor to the ceiling. This added complexity to the task. He took care of a wrong colored cell shade dispatch from the company. He completed the project in steps; and had spent about 2 or 3 days completing the project. We were very happy with the outcome in the end. I have to add, that 2 years later which in now - August 2015, when one of the electronic operators on the cellular shades became dysfunctional, he readily came in and replaced the operator, which was covered under warranty from the company. We have done several projects in our home. I can say with confidence, that Frank Fowler did the job to our satisfaction; and he stands behind his work. There was peace of mind - which I value the most. We could not ask for more. I would readily use him for any projects that he would be willing to do in my home, any day.
