I use them systematically every quarter. I have a service contract with them. If I had any problems during the quarter, inside or outside, they come out and solve the problem whether it needs to be sprayed or anything else. They are prompt and they come when they say there are coming. They spend lot of time in the house doing the work. They are very thorough and very professional.

I have a contract with them. They broke a pipe while doing the work and I had to call someone to repair it. They sent a supervisor out, but I was a little upset with the pipe breaking because I had not expected that.

I have always had good experience with the staff. I didn?t have any problem with the pests since then. I would use them in the future.

I think they do a good job. One thing that really stood out was that I was given a time that he would come out between 10 and 11 and he arrived here very promptly at 10 am, so I thought that was very nice. It was much better than having to wait for him to show up.

We had used Blacks for several years for our termite inspection/coverage until they advised us that they would not cover us anymore unless our property was retreated. I thought this would be a good time to get some quotes and contacted them to arrange an appointment together with two other companies. The other companies turned up on time and Blacks called me 10 mins after they should have arrived to tell me they were running late and that they did not think they would make it that day. I was told to call the office to reschedule but before I could do that we were hit with "Bed Bugs", I contacted all three companies but only one would actually tackle the problem and they were so efficient and professional I gave them all my business, termites as well. Blacks disappointed me in their lack of interest in my problem and in their overall conduct. they did not seem to want to go "that extra mile to retain my business". In the past we have used them as they were used by the previous owners but I would rate their service as mediocre at best.

Overall the job went good. They were able to insure my property and give me the right insurance that I needed.

Will came out on the agreed date, 10-6-10, and was very pleasant and helpful. He provided a large amount of information about termite and pest control. Black's pre-treatment contract was about to expire after 10 years, and they had provided annual inspections for the 9 years following our pre-treatment. The inspectors had always called ahead, scheduled at my convenience, and performed professionly. Will said Black would need to re-treat for termites and establish a new contract, and that since I was a long-term customer he would make a special discounted deal. He provided details of treatment and figures in writing, both for termite treatment and bond, and for other pest control if desired. We agreed that I would consider the contract further, then contact him within a week. In several days I called his office number and left a message on his answering machine, asking him to call me back to discuss the contract further. He never called back, left a message, or contacted me by mail. On 10-11-10 I faxed a note to him, again asking him to call me, and I outlined 10 questions and concerns I had about the Black contract before we proceeded. He never phoned back, and no one from Black made any attempt to contact me that I am aware of. After spending two hours of my time with him initially, I was prepared to proceed with treatment/bond if he answered my questions and concerns satisfactorily. However, this never happened and it was a huge disappointment and waste of time. The total lack of follow up from Will or anyone else at Black was unexpected, but it told me I could not trust this company. After ten years of contacts with Black, I expected professional courtesy and performance. I had serious questions about the contract, and I have wondered if that was the reason I was not called back.

They have been good. They are professional and punctual.

We have been using them since we got here. Their prices were a little bit over $100 when I started but now it is over $200 so I would have to call and discuss that with him. Everything was fine with them except that we're concerned about the price increases. They have been all A's as far as I know and everything seems to be fine. The price keeps escalating each year so that is what I would need to discuss with him.

I have a contract with them to handle any kind of pests I might have. They come in once a month. They set termite traps. I like the idea that they will come out, if I call them, in between the routine visits. I have a clause within the contract that if I notice any pests inside or outside the house, like fire ants and things like that, I can call them.

The builder of our house had contracted them and so, we have continued to maintain the contract with them. They seem to be doing a good job. They come out and lay termite traps all around the house. They also do a quarterly check. They do an annual spray if there is any type of infestation. They had come out to take care of the ants that were around our garage and also did an additional inspection. We pay them a monthly fee and it covers everything like annual termite coverage, monitoring of the baits that they put out or taking care of any other infestation. I want to wait for a year to check their service. I would then like to compare them with other companies to check if they are competitive or not.

They seem to do a thorough job of checking out inside and outside. They seem to be professional enough and I have had no problems of termite after they took over. The price is a little more for just once a year service, otherwise they are satisfactory.

They are good. They work well. They come out and check the traps, and they spray for ants and other pests. They are very professional. We have been happy with them. The prices are okay.

did the work, but when I called to cancel when we sold our home, I found out that we had a 2 year commitment. I called their customer service and the woman I talked to initially was very rude and didn't escalate my calls to another manager like I asked. I called 3 times. Ended up getting letter from collection agency. Referred to BBB and this was the only way I got another contact and phone # to call to finally get it settled. I had to pay half the contract when they did no more work and it was all pure profit.

I had better luck getting ant traps for six bucks. I paid them 400 dollars and they did nothing for me. They came and sprayed something and the ants would scurry for about two weeks and then they d be right back. I used the traps, and I haven t had an ant problem since. I had no problem with the technician, but they did not resolve the problem.

I have been very much satisfied with them. They don t try to sell anything to me. I had to call them back for bugs beyond their usual quarterly check and they did come right away and checked it for me. They are quality of service is good. They are professional and responsive.

I think they probably use good products but we are not satisfied with their work. They are suppose to come every three months but they come every 2-2 1/2 months. We will continue to use them for now.

Reliable service but confusing billing.

We have been using their services for about ten years. If there ever is a problem, they always address it. I think that their prices are reasonable. We have no issues with any pests. We are satisfied with the service.

They have been punctual and if we have any problems in between visits they will come and fix them without any additional charges. I will continue to use them in the future.

They do a good job. I would recommend them. They are a little bit more expensive than others so the cost is not one of the best, but the service is excellent and they pay attention to detail.

I had inherited this company from the builders that constructed our home. We did have some activity a while back and they got rid of the termites and repaired any damage. That service is covered under our contract. I think that they are a really good company.

I have been using them for over 10 yrs. After coming several months in a row they were honest and said I only needed them 4 times a year, termite inspection once a year. They also were honest enough to tell me that they didn't even need to come in so I didn't even need to be home. Usually once a year I DO have to have them come in. When the weather cools they do come inside because of the buggy climate. Service is $33.00 a month plus termite inspection with bond.
