Description of Work: Yearly contract for termite and household pests. Billed initially #299.oo for termite treatment. Then billed $50.00 per month for regular pest treatment plus termite trap treatments quarterly. This also covers a warranty to repair termite damage should it occur in the future. All their service personell including the office are extremely professional in their work.

Description of Work: Sprayed the interior of house the first visit last Sept 2013 and |no problem indoors anymore! They come out every 4 mo. to |spray outside of house! We have had great results. They do |a thorough job and our technician Danny is wonderful and |so friendly. We plan on staying with Black Pest!
