We hired Beth to be our realtor to sell our house. She was professional and very attentive to our needs. She hired a team of stagers who came out to stage the house beautifully and then hired an extremely good photographer to take photos of the house. She provided very nice glossy brochures and marketed the house well. We were pleased with the results.

Beth and her team did an excellent job assisting us with the sale of our existing home and purchase of our new home. We are fairly high demanding and detail oriented. We like prompt responsiveness and attention to our needs and questions. Beth's team did a great job of adapting and working with our personality type. During what can be a fairly stressful process, Beth & co ensured no detail was left unattended and no ball dropped. We will be closing shortly on both homes and are sure they will see this through effectively. It went very well. My wife and I loved the idea of going with a local realtor who knew our specific market and it really paid off. Our situation to sell was unique and she moved as quickly as we needed her to. I listed my 2-bedroom condo for sale with Beth who I found on Angie's List. She and her team offer exceptional service and I can honestly say they were the first real estate professionals I have ever dealt with who actually returned phone calls promptly and responded quickly to all my concerns and questions. All realtors I dealt with before her would leave me hanging in the dark and not respond at all and didn?t seem to do any work at all. I did not have a million dollar property but that didn?t seem to matter to Beth and her team. I think I was treated just as important as the house listed at $500K. Beth even called me a few times just to touch base on what was happening and to follow up to check if I had any concerns or questions. She has much experience in this industry and her advice on staging my condo for showings was spot on. I never realized how nice the place looked without all the clutter on the countertops. Her photographer took stunning photos of the property. They were fantastic and wonderfully done. They even moved a few things while taking the photos and the condo looked even better. We have been working with Beth actually since 2011 when we put our home on the market the first time around. Since the very beginning Beth was so warm and wonderful to us. As I said before, we put our home on the market in 2011 but because the market was still sluggish, my husband and I decided to postpone the sale.
