The Beth Smith Shuey team was great to work with and the perfect realtor choice for our situation! After considering a few options upfront, we are glad we went with their "team-approach" realtor practices as the responsiveness was very prompt and they have someone who specializes in each stage of the home-selling process. During the closing process after the offer, I especially can't say enough good things about their closing coordinator, Elijah! He was incredibly helpful and knowledgable during inspection negotiations to ensure it was a fair and easy process, all things considered!

I can't say enough about Beth Smith Shuey and her team!! Beth helped me buy my very first house in Charlotte 16 years ago and negotiated an amazing deal for me. We also felt she was not trying to sacrifice our profit in order to make her sale... she was willing to list how we wanted to, but she gave us good advice that resulted in a great sale price and quick, smooth closing.

Beth and her team are Fantastic. They proved to be a true FULL SERVICE real estate team. We were aware of the role that a Real Estate Agent performs, however the services that they provide by far exceeded our expectations. Not only did Beth guide us through the listing process, and provide comps, but she also took the time to assist us in preparing our house to show at its very best by enlisting a fabulous staging consultant and photographer. Our Client Care Manger April was extremely thorough in ensuring that our listing was perfect. The first showing was on a Saturday and we had multiple offers the NEXT day! Beth’s analytical and negotiation skills proved strong by working on our behalf (well into the night) to secure the very best offer. Now that we had a solid buyer, it was time to look for a new home. We had narrowed down our search to a few new construction communities so didn’t feel the need to have a buyer agent. But after realizing how those same benefits of having someone represent us for the sale could also transfer over to a purchase, Beth introduced us to the buyer agent on her team - Kristen. Kristen was extremely knowledgeable of the area that we were interested in moving to and although we “thought” we had narrowed it down to 2 communities she helped bring to light a few key things that we hadn’t fully thought through. Kristen was at the table when we submitted our offer on our newly constructed home and helped negotiate additional upgrades and our offer was accepted for well below asking. Now that our existing home was under contract and we had a conditional contract on the new home…. in walks Cathy to ensure that everything goes to closing for both the sale and purchase. Cathy (our personal transaction specialist) is a person who you MUST HAVE on your side. She handled everything from contract changes, inspections, appraisals, contractors, movers, etc. Cathy fights for answers and results as though it was her own home. She wouldn’t give up even when we wanted to. I was amazed that someone was willing to go to “battle” for me in that capacity. I am so grateful for having Cathy on MY team. Selling and Buying a home is a HUGE undertaking which may present many challenges along the way. I am so grateful that we had the right team on our side to help us navigate and conquer those obstacles while making us feel like we were their only clients. My husband received a job offer in a new city and we had to sell our home in less than a month. Beth and her team were very familiar with our neighborhood and sold multiple properties near ours. She helped to give us pointers for staging and had a photographer come in and take great photographs for marketing material. (After now being on the purchasing end, I really appreciate good photos of homes). Beth listed the house on a Thursday but wouldn't let anyone come see it until Saturday. This helped us to get a lot of people to come look at it. We had 10 people that first day and ended up with multiple offers within a few days. We were able to sell our house over asking price!
