Beth was very friendly, attentive and committed to our needs. We were thoroughly impressed with the advertisment of our home. She held an open house within the first week home was listed and we were thrilled to get our first offers along with Beth's advice on counter offers. In the end, we sold quickly and were very pleased with our experience. We have since referred Beth to several friends, of whom many have sold or purchase a home with Beth. We were pleased to work with her again in December 2009 with the purchase of our current home!

Beth patiently helped us look for a house for three years! She never gave up on us and never tired of us. She was very professional throughout the whole process. We finally found the right home and Beth coached us through the negotiation and closing process. Now Beth is representing us as a seller's agent helping us sell our old house. She advised us on exactly what to do to prepare the house for the market, and spent time working with us to establish a fair listing price. We received an offer within two weeks, even when nothing else in our neighborhood is selling. We plan to write another glowing report for her after final closing on that transaction. Beth was very helpful especialy sense we wer not familiar with the area. She took her time with us and believe me we were not the easiest clients for Beth. She was there with us through all the house hunts and a few offers. I would reccomend Beth to anyone. She will work very hard for you.

The overall experience was surprisingly great. We say "surprisingly" because we were nervous selling our home in this terrible market. Beth came by on a Saturday (we interviewed 3 other agents that day). She had real insight into what we could/should do to get our home ready, and she offered that insight during the initial meeting (with more later). She called us and came to our house the next day, Sunday, to make sure we had no other questions. Given her persistence, we hired her that day. Within a few days time and per our request, she had the home professionally measured, staged, and professionally photographed (all at her cost). The pictures were wonderful and looked better than most on MLS. We believe this made a big difference. We had one brokers' open house that went very well (also at her cost). And, we had almost 20 showings! This is in comparison to neighbors who had 0-2 showings in the same time period. Beth always followed up with agents when we asked her to and often even before we asked. We had conversations with her late at night, early in the morning, and on weekends. She is very aware of the sensitivity of time when it comes to making a deal and is also very aware that Sellers often only have time to discuss in the mornings, evenings, and weekends. (We also texted a great deal). During the negotiation, she really left it up to us as to what to respond. But, we think she did this because of our personalities! She did give us advice when we asked for it. We put it under contract in less than three months and sold it 30 days after it went to contract. The final sales price was less than the listing price, but we expected that in this market. No complaints.

Jim was the consummate professional, guiding both my wife and I through the difficult process of relocating from our Charlotte home.
