The movers were all very friendly and they were able to show up early which was very helpful. I thought they did a really good job considering I live on the third floor and I have some heavy pieces of furniture to move. Overall, good experience.

They did an excellent job! It took a little longer than I had hoped, but not through lack of work or skill on their part. They were efficient, cheerful, helpful and conscientious. They were prepared for whatever little things I needed or lacked in my own preparation, for which I was grateful. Only bad thing was that they didn't all speak enough English to communicate easily, but I've dealt with worse. The foreman had good proficiency and he was always right there to make sure my instructions were clearly communicated.

Juan and his team of three other gentlemen did a fantastic job! They worked really hard for 5.5 hours in hot temperatures. They were extremely careful with all of our fragile pieces and glasses in the hutch and entertainment center. Nothing was broken or damaged. We had a fantastic experience and my parents are going go use them for their move too. I highly recommend this company and crew to all family and friends!

I can't recommend Best Movers US Inc enough. We got estimates from several movers, and not only was their quote the lowest, it was 100% accurate as far as how many hours they expected it to take. Their three man crew moved all of the furniture from our 4 bedroom house, including a ridiculously heavy desk, taking care not to damage our belongings, or the homes. Everyone we dealt with was nice, polite, and professional.

We were amazed by the service we received. Juan and his two workers arrived on time. Worked hard all day and handled our belongs with extreme care. They maneuvered the turns so no walls were bumped. They were humble and very polite and professional. They sent us an email with tips on planning the move. Juan is a member of the NC Movers association and gives you the brochure to show he is a professional mover and top tier service at a very affordable price. We couldn't be happier with the moving experience.

The owner and his 2 helpers assured me right away that they would be able to move all of my belongings into my 10 'x 15' climate controlled storage unit within the advertised 2 hours special through Angie's List. They did so with proper and professional care, without a scratch or dent (including the 18 cu. ft. freezer). I plan to use them again when I purchase a home in the Monroe, NC area.

It was great. Three people did come out. The work was faster than two hours. They did great.

We have moved several times using large moving companies since they were corporate moves, our move with Best Movers was the best move I have experienced and far better than the large companies we have used. Juan and his crew have great work ethic and were very careful with our belongings. The move was complicated since we had items going to two different places, but Juan made it easy. I plan to use them again to move into our new home in several months. Their rate is by the hour, they worked steadily the entire 7 hours it took to move our home.

They performed the work quickly and professionally. I did notice a ding on treadmill a few days after, but not sure if they caused it or whether it was there previously - though I don't recall ever seeing it before.

The team at best movers was courteous and professional throughout the entire process. To pack the pod and move ourselves into the 2 bedroom apartment took a whole week and a lot of headache, which is why we ended up hiring best movers for the move into the townhome. Overall, their work moving the apartment stuff and the pod into our townhome took 5 hours with a 3 man crew, which was very impressive. They were very careful with all of our belongings, and didn't even use a dolly to pull things up our new wooden stairs. I would definitely hire them again.

I worked with Patricia on the phone, a time was set and they arrived in that time slot. The owner was pleased that the furniture was moved by 3 professionals, because stairs were involved and the bedroom set was heavy. Also, the owner was moving in a few days and didn't want her walls marked. Everything went smooth. They arrived at my house and set up the furniture within the 2 hour time slot. I would highly recommend them.

They executed a significant move involving 3 not 2 locations. It was an $1800 effort. The three guys came in the morning and worked steadily till late in the evening. Juan is fantastic, honest and has a great demeanor. I am very impressed by the whole crew, their professionalism and friendliness were a big help with so much going on.

I chose this company because of the great reviews and must add my compliments to what will surely be a growing list of positive feedback. Juan and his men did a great job, very careful and efficient. (Many things had to be carried from upstairs.) My daughter was very pleased with the delivery process also which included placement and set up of all the items. The job came in just at 2 hours. We will certainly choose Best Movers US next spring when we move from our home to our new apartment.

We paid for: 3 Persons x 2 Hours Distance between locations ~ 2Mi The only item that needed re-assmebly was a bed. Loading the truck took 1 hour 15 minutes. Total job time 2 hours 20 minutes. Inefficient use of third person. The reverse move 2 years ago took 1 hour 30 minutes 2 men working. We refused to cover extra 20 minutes and were personally threatened by the lead mover.

Juan and his crew were great. I hired them to help move me into my new office. I am a professor, and so we are talking boxes and boxes of books and papers. They guys were efficient and easy to work with. They also fit my small job into their schedule quickly. I absolutely would hire them again for a larger move.

I boxed up stuff for a 1BD apartment but needed movers to load my rental truck because many items were heavy and on different floors. They loaded the truck and brought hand trucks, dollies, and tools to disassemble things (e.g., bed). I provided ropes and blankets to protect and secure things in the truck, which they did. They finished promptly and I was amazed at how much was fit into the truck. Everything arrived in perfect condition and unloading was easy. I paid 110 per hour for three men and a 35 dollar travel fee (I guess for them to arrive at my house?). It took 3 hours. Overall they provided great service. Good communication, prompt, and very professional.

Like many of you, I come on to Angie's list to try to find reputable companies that perform quality work. As such, I came on to Angie's list to look for a mover for moving large furniture from one house to another (few miles away). I saw the good reviews for Best Mover's and saw that they performed quality work, although it seemed like most reviews mentioned they were slow. Unfortunately, I had a mostly negative experience. I will try to write an truthful review by starting with the positives and ending with the negatives. Positives: *Juan and his crew were very professional and courteous. They showed up on time. *When moving items into the house, they were very careful and in general did a good job ensuring nothing was damaged as they moved the items in and out of the house. *Juan saw my frustration and offered to assemble the beds for free, but I declined the offer. Negatives: My wife arranged Best Movers to which she was requested to go through an itemized list of what was to be moved. She went room by room with exactly what needed to be moved for a 4 bedroom house. As mentioned, we hired movers just to move the large items such as beds, dressers, washer/dryer, etc. As such, they recommended a larger truck (26') than the Angie's special and 3 guys for $145 per hour to minimize the amount of time; it seemed reasonable due to the size of the furniture. We also discussed if we could leave our clothes in the dresser or if we needed to take them out. If we left them in they would need to move the drawers separate. If we took the clothes out then they would keep the drawers in the dresser. I chose to take the clothes out and keep the drawers in the dresser. *When Juan showed up the day we moved, he walked around to look at what needed to be moved and then recommended 4 guys for $175 per hour such that it would be cheaper and should take 3 hours. I found it odd that he just happened to have the fourth guy in the truck with him, but what he said seemed to make sense since he would have 2 guys per large piece moving the furniture. So I agreed even though this is not what was quoted to us. *He also mentioned that he would need to take 2 trips because the truck was not big enough. I again agreed to this, even though this is not what was quoted to us. *We also had a miscommunication whereby he wanted to take the drawers out of the dressers even though we had already emptied them. He eventually agreed to keep the drawers in. *We had an elliptical machine on the second floor which he was going to charge me $50 extra for moving, but he agreed to waive that fee since we were putting it in the garage at the new house. This was also not mentioned in the quote we received. *The move concluded in 5.5 hours at $175 per hour! $1000 when I expected this to cost $500. This is quite different than our original quote that we received over the phone and is much higher than we expected to pay. I still tipped them because the guys were professional and courteous, but buyer beware on what is quoted to you and what they "recommend" on the day you are moving. I mean they really have you in a tough spot. Its not like you can change movers. *Before Juan left, I showed him damage on my $900 LG washer that was 1 year old and never moved before. They dented the rear corner and Juan denied it. I suspect it occurred when they ratcheted the washer on the truck too tightly, hence caving in the corner; its sheet metal and not meant for that kind of force. It's cosmetic, but annoying since its a new washer. *I took the grill cover off for the first time tonight and one of the knob assemblies was bent. This was 1 year old Weber grill and was never moved before. I didn't bother contacting Best movers as I am sure it would be denied like the washer. I will have to purchase a new knob assembly to repair. Again, not major, but annoying since it was new. Overall, with 4 movers, I expected this to go much quicker than 5.5 hours. In general, they were slow in comparison to previous moves I have had. I would have been okay with their slowness if they hadn't damaged anything. I felt like the quote was a "bait and switch" since we provided an itemized list for what needed to be moved and received a quote for 3 guys and 1 trip then they show up with 4 guys and 2 trips. I had to move that day, so I really had no leverage to negotiate or deny service. Overall, I was quite frustrated.

Moved 3 bedroom home in less then 3 hours! wrapped items together everything was undamaged. Very nice crew would used again and highly recommend!!

Best Movers did a fantastic job. After our house renovation we hired Best Movers to bring all our furniture stored in our basement to the first floor. It was a lot of work with some very heavy pieces. They were so careful, on-time and extremely professional. I would definitely hire them again!

We purchased an Angie's List deal for $360 that included a 26' truck with three movers for three hours. We had a 1000 sq. ft. apartment and had already taken several items to our house so we felt like we would come close to the time allotted. The movers were very professional and took good care of our things but we generally felt like there was no sense of 'urgency' to get us moved within our time cap. In fact, the move took a total of 5.5 hours which costs us double the cost we were anticipating. We would have at least liked to have known an estimated amount of time to complete the job at the outset so we knew what to expect but this was not communicated to us. Overall the movers did a good and professional job but the amount of time it took was unexpected.

They did great! I would use them again in future.
