Description of Work: After purchasing the coupon, I contacted the company to schedule the move. They were booked solid for the next 7-10 days. I needed to move in a shorter timeframe. They called me a couple days later to say they had a free slot, however, by that time I had already scheduled services elsewhere. No fault of theirs; just didn't work out.
