+ -1 moreThe carpet started to buckle less than three years of installation. I did wait longer before reaching out to John to report. He would not fix since the warranty had expired. I feel if the carpet was installed correctly this would not be an issue.

+ 0 moreI had some water damage done to my hardwood floors in the kitchen and anyway he gave me a really good quote and did an outstanding job, they had to pull up some of the hardwood and I was concerned about didn't know if they would be able to match the color and everything and they did an excellent job, you could not even tell, they sand it and refinished the floors and it looks fabulous. You know with dogs, they scratch the hardwood so when they did that, it doesn't show at all. They did sit and do the floor that was damaged but they also did my downstairs, the dining room, the foyer, the kitchen area and the downstairs bathroom, they did all of that so that it would all match and it looks great.
Description of Work: I used Benson Floor Covering for my hardwood floors.
