+ -1 moreThe customer service is awesome. Anytime I have ever had an issue they were right on top of it. I love that all of my services come on one bill and once that s paid, I do not have to worry if my TV is going to be cut off, because I forgot to pay it.
Description of Work: I have my high speed Internet, my unlimited long distance phone service, and satellite TV bundled with them.

+ -1 moreAs stated above, there were some glitches in the initial install. All the equipment worked, but they had to go flip a switch (or something!) on some of their equipment to get everything up and running. Since then (over 2 months ago), everything has worked fine.
Description of Work: Ordered DSL Lite from Bellsouth. Materials arrived quickly. There was a problem with set up on their end that took a few days to resolve. But, once that was fixed, everything worked fine. The speed of the "lite" service is faster than expected, and works great for general internet surfing. Video streaming works but is slow and can have hiccups. The modem was "free" after rebate ($75) because I ordered everything on line.

+ 0 moreThe DSL Lite is fast enough for me and for most people. I have only rarely had any drop in service. The cost is reasonable compared to some of the other options for DSL or broadband internet service. I did package my service with other BellSouth services, and this may have resulted in a slight decrease in the monthly bill. Setting up the DSL was a little confusing, but their phone-based customer service support were extremely helpful, clear and solved the problem, even at 10pm in the evening. This is a reasonable DSL/broadband option.
Description of Work: I ordered and received BellSouth Fast Access DSL Lite. I was sent a self-install kit and have been using the service on a daily basis.
