I honestly couldn't have asked for better workmanship, professionalism, and quality. I had a board that was broken on my HardiePlank fence, and I was referred to Bella Home Services by the original Hardie installer. Joe and his carpenter Alex were excellent at communicating and worked within my timelines to get the fence repaired and repainted. This was a little bit of a tricky project - matching the boards from nine years ago and painting it to match! There is no difference between the two new boards and those installed nine years ago. They matched the paint, took care of the clean up, and it was as if it never happened! It also helped me resolve the compliance issue with my HOA well within the ten day timeframe. I was so impressed with their services, I am having Bella Home Services replace some lattice panels in my fence!

Super pleased with this project from start to finish. Joe and team effectively communicated throughout the entire process. The end result exceeded expectations. I have already hired them again for my next project.

This project was executed without a hitch! The mirror needed a custom-built brace fabricated and attached to the back of the mirror to properly secure the mirror to the wall. I needed the mirror centered in the opening of the staircase half wall facing into the great room. The project required scaffolding and expertise and attention to detail. Bella Home Services did an incredible job all the way around. They did what they said they would do, on time, on budget and with great communication. They very carefully managed all the moving pieces and parts to make sure they did not ding walls, or hardwoods, or trim, etc. It was a fantastic experience!

I contacted Bella Home Services about replacing some wood that had been damaged by rain over the years. Joe, the owner, came out personally to provide an estimate. Even with the challenges of COVID, he was very friendly and professional. We set a date for the repair and he accompanied the carpenter who would be doing the work, Bob. Bob was a pro! He dove right into the work and was also very pleasant and professional. He explained what he was doing and seemed to take great care to minimize any mess made while completing the work. When he finished, he walked me through the repairs and everything looked great. He did a very thorough job cleaning up after himself, too. Overall, a great experience and I would highly recommend Joe, Bob, and Bella Home Services!

We were thoroughly impressed with Joe and his team from beginning to end of the project. We received quotes from multiple different companies, and it was Joe's professionalism, communication, and attention to detail that won us over. Due to some other projects that needed to be completed prior to Joe's team repairing our siding, the process from the initial quote to completion spanned several months. However, Joe's communication throughout was excellent. He coordinated with the other company replacing our windows to clarify timelines, expectations, and responsibilities of each team. Our home has cedar siding that was rotting in multiple areas, and Joe's team did a great job repairing and replacing. His team worked efficiently, and we couldn't be happier with the siding repairs that they completed.

I had walls that needed to be repaired from water damage and mold remediation in my condo. It was a small job in a condo with many HOA restrictions. I had contacted several companies and Joe was the first one to call me back. He came out in a very timely manner to take a look at the job. Joe was very personable and right on time. His quote was detailed and easy to understand. It took a bit of time to get everything okay'd and set with the HOA in order for him to start work. During that time, he called several times just to stay in touch. Unfortunately, the Coronavirus hit and shut everything down. Because my husband is now off of work, he decided to do the repair himself. Joe was very gracious when I cancelled with him. Joe was a pleasure to work with and if I ever have any other repairs that he can help me with, he will be my first phone call! I would definitely recommend his services. He has customer service mastered!

Joe was a professional from the very beginning. He came several times and did follow-up contacts to be certain that we approved the bid and understood the process. Dave and David did the work on our home. Joe followed up to see if we had any concerns. We were very pleased with the outcome and will call them in the future.

The job went perfectly. Joe provided the reasonable estimate quickly and kept me notified about scheduling. The hardiboard siding that was installed looks great and the paint match is excellent. I'll definitely use these folks again.
