There were active leaks in the ceiling and they were willing to work me in almost 3 weeks early. Skip was the site manager and he did a great job communicating and following up on everything we discussed. In addition he pointed out areas of damage I had not seen. His crew arrived on-time and did a great job on the installation and repair work. When finished they cleaned up and I saw no evidence they had ever been here. It was a challenge finding qualified people at a beach location. I had several no-shows for proposals and ended up with 3 other bids. Baker was the most expensive bid but the professionalism displayed by their staff, Van in Sales and Skip on site, I felt they would do the most professional job. And I was right.

Didn't use this company because I could never get them to return my call after 4 different requests for estimate for roof repair. I've used them in the past and they did good work, but won't use them again... can't even return phone calls.

Did what was ask an stopped the leak.

They were outstanding. They were very professional. They really worked with the original shingle manufacturer to help fix and old problem. I would recommend them. I will use them again in the future.

A Baker sales rep gave a reasonable quote for some minor shingle repair. They were supposed to come out three separate times to repair it, and never showed, including the final time when the sales guy said he "guaranteed" they'd be there by noon on Tuesday. Never showed. There was an excuse each time, including that too many of his workers called in sick on a Friday. Lovely. As a result, my roof suffered more water damage, as it rained while I waited during their no-shows.
