He came on time and painted the downstars. I didn't have enought paint so he came back the next day and finished it. I would absolutly recommend him to anybody.

I thought they would only send one guy, but they sent two and they did a great job. Finished two rooms in a timely manner and were very polite.

I had purchased the painter-for-a-day deal. Bruno contacted me to ask when I needed the work completed. I told him it would be a month or so. When I contacted him a month later, he immediately fit me into the schedule for the week. He always arrived on time for the work done, and cleaned up. The paint job looked so good, I asked him to look at the bathroom - he is truly a fabulous with drywall! You would never know how bad the walls were! He also fixed a couple of holes in other drywall, and if you run your hand over the wall, you'd never know. I would highly recommend Bruno. The quality is amazing for his reasonable pricing!

Overall, they did a great job. They didn't realize that I purchased two (2) certificates and they thought they were finished early but once we discussed, they were very accommodating and made sure they finished the job. In fact, they went to Home Depot to get more paint for me because I ran out in one of the rooms. I was very pleased with their work.

I took advantage of Angie's Big Deal to hire B&W to do one day of painting. I attempted to set up an appointment for the work over several weeks. My calls were not returned and when I responded to an email, I didn't hear back. Finally, I contact Angie's list headquarters and the person I spoke with took my information and within the next two days I received a phone call from B&W and we were able to set up a time within the next week. The day of the appointment the owner, Bruno, and a worker arrived promptly. I explained the work to the Bruno and he communicated in Spanish with the worker. Bruno said he would be back around noon to see how things were going and gave me a phone number to call if I had any concerns. The worker did a fine job but Bruno did not return until the end of the day. The painter worked without a break until 4 PM when Bruno returned. Luckily, the work was straightforward so with a bit of charades I was able to maintain some minimal communication. In summary, the communication was not good but the work was well done.

We were very pleased with B&W. They arrived on time and were very careful in the prep of the floors and walls. They also were very thorough in checking the walls after completion to do any necessary touch-up. We will definitely use them again.

Bruno was really great to work with. I originally purchased 2 - $199 Painter for a Day packages. So I started with 14 hours of painting pre-purchased but ended up with 3 days work (and an additional $732 of services purchased but well worth it), multiple individuals performing their specialties and a great deal of work accomplished that has vastly improved the appearance of my home. I was amazed at Bruno's skill of installing crown molding. My living & dining area consists of vaulted ceilings combining in challenging angles as it winds around the room(s). The molding was cut perfectly and looks amazing!! Bruno's team also painted the same vaulted ceilings, all living/dining area walls and all of the trim with 2 coats +. On the exterior they pressure washed my house, sanded and filled (where necessary) wood door & window trim, and painted all giving my home a fresh look and extended life of these areas. The crew was courteous, detailed and careful in my home and protected furnishings well while painting. I would certainly welcome this contractor back to my home for future projects! Lynn Bryan

Bruno made an initial visit to scope the job, then returned the following week to make the repairs. It seemed to be his first attempt to repair swirl patterned popcorn, but the results were good.

They reached out to me after purchasing an Angie's List promotion. They scheduled when it was convenient for me. They arrived on time and went right to work. They efficiently used the full time allotted for the job. They were extremely cautious in masking off and covering all areas/furniture to prevent spills. The paint applications were excellent. I am most pleased.

I did not mention that I own several properties in charlotte and that they could have had a good customer in the future. A contractor who ignors you before the job surely will ignor you later if you have any concern about the work.

I contacted the service provider to schedule an appointment for interior painting services after purchasing the Big Deal coupon. The service provider barely spoke english. After about 2-3 mins on the phone he hung up on me. He then called back and left a message that said to call angie's list, not him, and that he could not help me. I'm not sure what the problem was, but my subsequent phone calls were not returned. Angie's list agreed to refund my money, which I appreciate, but I feel that this provider should be removed from the reccommended vendors list.

They did a wonderful job during all of this work. The contractor worked around other contractors that were installing kitchen cabinets, electrical and plumbing. The contractor coordinated the work. He was always on time, met the schedule and the quality of the work was superior.

Went well, attention to detail, made corrections as requested and was careful and neat.

Met with B&W reps, discussed work to be done. It was well executed. A small problem was quickly and satisfactorily resolved.
