Description of Work: CALLED TO HAVE SMALL FENCE INSTALLED. QUOTATION GIVEN VERBALLY OVER THE PHONE (PRICE, HOWEVER, WAS REASONABLE). ACTION REPEATEDLY PROMISED TO BUILD FENCE AND FAILED TO SHOW UP ON THREE OCCASIONS. MATERIALS WERE DELIVERED TO JOB SITE AND APPEARED TO BE OF INFERIOR QUALITY.
