It went well. I was not present but Austin got back to me within days and explained how she arrived at the value. i would definitely use her again. It was much better than paying for a thorough inspection when all I needed was a ballpark of the value.

Austin always did her research on houses that we were going to see. When we went to see the houses she knew background about the properties and was up to date on specifics with the houses. She allowed me to look at the house and discuss pros and cons of it's design and how well it met my needs. Austin is very easy to talk to and discuss what I needed in a house. She listens carefully to what I want and need and provides houses that meet those expectations. She is easily available through email, phone, and text. She was always there when I had a question or just needed to discuss the possibilities. Needless to say finding a house with her was a very positive experience.
