I compare the way the 5 men worked to a basketball team; every man had his job on the team and executed it very efficiently. They exceeded our expectations and were finished with the complicated job in just 3 days. Our backyard never looked so good! Austin landscaping replaced a failing retaining wall, 100ft long and 4ft high. They were all very efficient, courteous, and professional. They came with all the proper equipment and manpower and completed the job in 3 days! Everything was cleaned up after they were done. Austin Landscaping worked with our problematic back yard (a steep slope). He and his team of craftsmen built a terraced patio with fire pit for us. Austin Landscaping stayed in contact with us daily on the progress of the project! If we had questions, responses were back to us within 24 hours (usually less). The team was professional and neat. Once the work was completed, all areas were cleaned up. Outstanding work! We are very, very satisfied with Austin Landscaping and definitely recommend them for your landscaping needs! I expected excellence and that is what they delivered. Austin and his team replaced an old system that was very poorly installed nearly two decades ago and was a constant source of irritation. A few years after buying the house I learned from neighbors that the irrigation systems on our street were installed by a person his coworkers called Wrong Way Dave. Austin listened to my needs and expectations, and then delivered. The system is properly laid out, has the correct number of zones for my yard, and my plant beds are now irrigated by proper mist and drip lines. I really wanted the system installed prior to my fall aeration and seeding, just ten days out from when I first spoke with Austin. I did not expect anyone would be able to fulfill that request, and hired Austin expecting I would have to pull hoses and sprinklers around to prep for aeration. Even though Austin knew I did not expect him to be able to accommodate me, he moved some guys around from other jobs to make it happen, while still keeping those customers happy. He exceeded my expectations!

the end result is i have exactly what i want in an irrigation system. and, it was less $$ than the quote I got from the guy who ghosted me. There were hiccups--weather, inspections from the city, a miss understanding on a couple of small items--but EVERYTHING was handled professionally. Darryl made me feel like family. It was as if my yard was his yard.

We had a collapsing 8ft high retaining wall. Most companies didn't even want to touch it. But Austin Landscaping transformed it into an incredible lighted stone wall in less than two weeks! They had all the expertise and equipment to get a massive construction problem fixed. The owner is very professional, quick to communicate, and good to his team of guys that came in on time and did everything they said they would and then some! They really went above and beyond not just on high levels of expertise on materials, proper drainage, and construction, but provided top notch customer service and efficient project Management!
