Description of Work: Our original Pool company that we had a contract with was Majestic Pools and Designs. That company started work on multiple jobs then just shut down. The pool supplier provided us with another company to finish the job which was AUI pools. Before we signed the contract for them to finish the pool we informed him that we were having a big party on the 30th and we wanted to see if he could finish the job by then, if not we was going to go with another pool company. He informed us that the pool was 75% finished and promised that he could have the job done by June 26th. Ok he started doing the work but did not send workers many days to our house. When we call he to see when the workers were coming back out he would tell us they were coming and on the way and the workers never showed.
