 + -1 moreJOHN STALEY WAS ABLE TO EXPLAIN A COMPLICATED PROCESS TO ME, WALKED US THROUGH THE PROCESS. HE WENT TO OUR HOME THAT WAS BEING BUILT AND GAVE US SUGGESTIONS AND IDEAS. HE WORKED WITH OUR BUILDER. HE COMMUNICATED WITH US LONG DISTANCE. HE WAS A GOOD LISTENER, TIMELY, RESPONSIVE, AND GAVE US EXACTLY WHAT WE WANTED. THERE WAS AN ERROR MADE BY A BUILDING SUBCONTRACTOR WITH THEIR WIRING, THEY HAD TO SPEND AN ENTIRE DAY FIXING THIS PROBLEM AT NO EXTRA COST TO ME. THE SPEAKERS WERE PLACED VERY STRATEGICALLY AND LOOKS VERY AESTHETICALLY PLEASING.
Description of Work: INSTALLED SOUND SYSTEM AND COMPUTER WIRING INCLUDING EQUIPMENT, SPEAKERS, SUBWOOFER AND AMPLIFIER, AND THEY DESIGNED OUR CABINETS.
