gutter repair
+ -1 moreRoof was replaced quickly and looked very nice upon completion. They added some ventilation to improve airflow in the house, which has resulted in a small reduction in my average electric bill for heating and cooling. The flashing around one of the skylights was allowing water through in heavy rain, so ACS paid to have another contractor come make the necessary repairs (ACS was no longer doing business in my state at that point).
