 + -1 moreCALLED DENNIS TOLD HIM I NEEDED CARPET CLEANED ALSO HAD DOG STAIN ON THE CARPET. HE ARRIVED ON TIME, EXPLAINED THAT THE DOG STAIN MAY NOT COME UP. HE DID A GRETA JOB. HE SAID HE WAS NOT CHARGING ME BECAUSE OF ALL THE REFERRALS I GOT FOR HIM.
Description of Work: CLEANED AND REMOVED STAINS FROM CARPETING. HE DID WORK FOR ME AT MY JOB CLEANING THE TILES IN THE LOBBY AT THE RICHEY SUNCOAST THEATRE. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH DENNIS'S WORK.

 + -1 moreEXCELLENT! MY CALL WAS RETURNED QUICKLY, THEY TOLD ME HOW THEY WOULD APPROACH THE PROBLEM, THEY CAME AND TOOK CARE OF IT, PROBLEM SOLVED. COULDN'T BE HAPPIER. ALSO, THEY TAKE PRIDE IN THEIR EQUIPMENT BY KEEPING IT CLEAN & NEAT. WILL DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN FOR SAME OR OTHER SERVICES THEY OFFER.
Description of Work: CLEANED OUT CLOTHES DRYER VENT. HOWEVER, WE FOUND OUT THEY INCLUDE THIS SERVICE FREE WHEN THEY DO REGULAR AIR DUCT CLEANING. THEY USE STATE-OF-THE-ART CAMERAS TO SEE (AND SHARE WITH CUSTOMERS) WHAT THE VENTS AND DUCTS LOOK LIKE, SO YOU KNOW BEFORE THE WORK IS PERFORMED JUST WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE. THEY WILL BE DEDUCTING THE COST OF THE DRYER VENT VISIT FROM THE DUCT CLEANING THEY WILL BE DOING NEXT.
