The contractor left the job unfinished and then he was in a hurry to get the money. He took property that was not his and kept it, he took some wire connectors, they were not expensive only a few dollars but it's just the principle behind him taking that he knows they weren't his. It took him seven days to come back here to put an outlet cover in the outside of the house. because of this water went inside of my wall and got the carpet wet in one of the bedrooms, meaning the inside of the sheet rock is all wet.

Owner does outstanding work. Highly recommend them.

Fred and his team are Amazing! He exchanged old ceiling fans in my home, for beautiful New light fixtures. He added 2 lights Above my kitchen island. He also supplied electrical from my box upstairs [through the wall], and under hardwood flooring to supply my microwave, which was built into Kitchen island. I can rely on Fred and his team for what I need, would def. recommend, and Will use for all future electrical Needs! Thank you Fred, and Team!

Fred was great. He did the wiring but had to come back because the first microwave had been damaged. I called him when the second microwave came on Saturday and he came out Monday evening and had the it installed in 20 minutes. He wore a mask the entire time.

Fred was the first to call after I contacted Angie's List. Came out within an hour or so and repaired the broken receptacle. Charge of $115 was fair with such response time! I was able to finish my holiday lighting project and get the lights on that night. Would call him if I ever have another emergency project! Nice man who got the job done!

Fred arrived on time, and was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. It was a simple problem to fix: we just needed to press the reset button on one of the outlets. Fred found the right outlet hidden behind some stuff, pressed the button, and voila! All three outlets started working. Here's the good part: He in no way made us feel foolish for not figuring it out for ourselves. I would not hesitate to call him again.

Fred and his crew have done excellent work for me. They are always responsive, professional and get the job done with no issues. I will continue to use At Your Service as electrical projects come up around my home. Recently, Fred refunded money to me because he realized that his crew did not use the bulbs that they brought, but were able to reinstall my bulbs. Fred mailed me a refund check right away. I was very pleased with his honesty.

Well in the beginning Fred seemed reasonable and possibly someone we could build a relationship with. In the end he was terrible, didn't warranty his work on the new construction after he was asked, he just sent a nasty and inappropriate email to us . He was paid to pull a permit on another job and just lied and didn't. Just this week on a third project he didn't wire house properly and did not even label the breakers correctly in the panel box all but two were mis labeled , I suppose he guessed those two correctly but did not care enough to take the extra few minutes to label properly. I could go on but not sure it is necessary.

Despite an appointment confirmed by the company, nobody showed up. When I called to check on the status of the technician the owner tried to tell me that I had not responded to the proposed appointment. I refuted that by telling him that his firm did respond and confirmed the appointment and that it was documented on Angies list. At that point he told me that he did not like my attitude and to look elsewhere. Not a company you want to do business with.

Scheduling was relatively easy. Had an electrician come out to install ceiling fan. Electrician was was punctual, quick, friendly, and walked me through installation process. Also, had great general conversation. Would definitely recommend/rehire for future electric work.

They solved a problem that another electrician was unable to correct. They did it punctually and for a reasonable price. Very impressive people and very competent.

Fred and his crew were fantastic. They always arrived on time, communicated well (and in advance), and did a great job with everything. Very professional and cleaned up any dust or mess afterwards. Fred stands behind his work and definitely knows what he's doing. I wouldn't use anyone else.

Fantastic work!! They arrived on time and completed the job in less than the amount of time I was originally quoted. I am BEYOND satisfied with the quality and professionalism. Their responses to my questions were with "Yes Sir" and "No Sir". I would highly recommend them to anyone who's looking for quality workmanship and reasonable pricing.

Was able to quickly come out for repair and on time. Was able to troubleshoot and repair getting everything restored. Only issue was globe fell from fixture during repair damaging sink, however was upfront and willing to cover repair. Despite this was good to find an honest and reliable service provider to use for future.
