Description of Work: Rob came out and fixed a drainage concern for emptying the pool from overflow that was not done correctly by the contractor Sky-blue pools.

They came out promptly as they said they would, and went through extra hoops in order to mount, plumb and hook up the electrical as it needed to be done. Only charged me a minimal amount for the extra work, and today my pool is clear and beautiful! I highly recommend this company. Ron and his assistant were very professional and assisted me with understanding maintenance going forward. I will definitely contact them for service in the future. Rick - Monroe, NC

 + -1 moreVery well. I appreciated this company's responsiveness and professionalism. Rob (Service Manager) was able to diagnose and respond to some long time issues that our former pool service did not address.
Description of Work: We had our filter cartridges and manifold replaced and a valve installed.

 + -1 moreWhat a great experience. I say that because not only did the Service Manager, Rob come out the same I called, he stayed to explain everything! He gave me tips on maintainance and cost saving measures. Price was reasonable and he even made follow up calls to see how the repairs were holding up and if I had any further questions. You can not pay these days for that type of customer service!!
Description of Work: I had pool leaks patched in my concrete pool and overall assessment of the pool and pool equipment, as we had just bought the house w/pool and we were first time pool owners.

 + -1 moreNew pump motor installed and short circuited when turned on. Lost power in part of the house, Tech Rob said I needed to call Duke Energy, after back and forth he decided to check what happened and had it fixed. Told me he would have a new motor for me Monday, didn't hear from them called on Tuesday he was aggravated and spoke very unprofessional, after pretty much he called non stop for 3 days to get the job. Still waiting on new motor.

 + -1 moreThis is a very busy time for pool service companies. Getting people to come out can be difficult. Rob kept his appointment and did excellent work.
Description of Work: We were having problems with a leaky pump. I called ASP and spoke with Rob Torres. He came out, replaced the pump and caught a couple other items that needed to be repaired.
