 + -1 moreIt is going excellent so far. They are very knowledgeable. They are very sympathetic to my problems. They have been in the industry and they are very resourceful. They have the latest things to offer. Their store is very clean. Their workers are very professional. They will answer any questions.
Description of Work: They are coming to my house and testing my water and adding chemicals. They are doing technical support.

 + -1 moreNot well. NO follow up, never returned with a proposal as promised. Made us have to seek others despite the fact our job was quite large involving a complete yard overhaul and would have cost into the tens of thousands. Anyone that let's a multi-ten thousand dollar job go unanswered can not be good with his business.
Description of Work: After an initial visit to our home, an estimate and follow up proposal was promised within two weeks. No one ever got back to us even one month later. We wound up calling others.
