Appliance Repair 123 LLC

This company is excellent. They are very responsive and send a technician over promptly. For us, they have installed a dishwasher and fixed a washing machine and refrigerator, all done very well and at a very reasonable cost. Alex has been our technician each time; he does great work and is very friendly. I highly recommend Appliance Repair 123 which is now our go-to company.

I contacted Appliance Repair 123 to inspect and repair a 6 year old Samsung washing machine that was leaking. AP123 was very responsive in setting up the appointment on a Sunday with 2-3 days notice. The 2 technicians texted me prior to their arrival which was within the agreed upon service window. The technicians appeared to do a very thorough job and identified the issue (broken drum support). They also provided a quote to repair ; unfortunately, the job would have been a very expensive so I opted to purchase a new washer. That was their recommendation as well. I was only charged for the call out. I was happy with the experience and will contact AP123 again if I have any other appliance service needs.

I've used "123 Appliance Repair" for many years. This company is new and named their company Appliance 123 - which is so similar that I can only imagine they did so to steal the business of a value successful appliance company. James at 123 Appliance Repair has repaired appliances at all my rental houses for at least 15 years & is wonderful. Don't be confused by this new company.

I called and told them what need to be done. The Rep stated I need to asked the worker if he can do the work. I am handicap and its hard to move around. He asked to send him a text of the information. To see if they can get the part. I told him again that it will take a while. He did not want to wait for me to get the information for him. The worker was so rude impatience and trying to rush me. He then tell me to call Sear, because they can't fix it. But he never let me give him the model number. I will call them again if it someone else, not the one that talk to today.

Excellent. I called 4 appliance repair vendors but they only serviced large kitchen appliance. I have a beverage cooler and Appliance Repair 123 LLC was the ONLY vendor to respond. The technician was skilled and had no issues diagnosing and fixing the problem at a reasonable price.

when I first called I had set up an appointment for Friday of this past week and then no one showed up so I called them back to get a new appointment for the next day and someone called while I was not there I return their call on Monday made a new appointment for my washing machine to be fixed and no one showed up again I called back on today to the office staff and let them know what happened they told me that this was not typical and that the technician would return my call I called them twice and both of the secretaries there said they would have the technicians call me back and they never return my calls with within 20 minutes to an hour so I would never ever use this service from this company unfortunately their technicians are extremely unreliable and I had a terrible experience dealing with the technicians because of this they wasted my time twice on 2 days and then also today and trying to track them down.

Dean did a great job of repairing the washer. He discovered that the latch for the dishwasher was broken and replaced it. The repair took about twenty minutes and did not seem to be a complicated fix. However, when the charge turned out to be $200.00 that seemed pretty high for the level of work involved. After a week the dishwasher seems to be running fine, so the quality of the repair is not in question. The latch was a different color than the dishwasher, but Dean assured us he would return to replace it with a latch that matched the dishwasher when he had one available.

Great! Haven't had a problem since.

My freezer was not cooling. Technician came the same day that I called and diagnosed the problem. came back next day with needed parts and repaired it. Very professional service. I will definitely use them again
