Description of Work: My 6 year old, side-by-side refrigerator went out - was freezing the refrigerator side. Scott determined it was a part that he needed to research, and discovered the manufacturer had created an entire "kit" to replace / fix this problem. Scott was timely, extremely honest and frankly I don't think he charged me what another repair person would have. He was especially sensitive to my being a single woman and wanted to ensure I was not taken advantage of. He took his time explaining and demonstrating the old part(s) and the new kit so I had a very good understanding of what he was doing and why. I highly recommend him.

Description of Work: My refrigerator/freezer was not cooling. I emailed Scott on Sunday, he called on Sunday evening and came Monday morning. The starter for the compressor had failed. New starter kit ($48.60 + tax). Before he rolled the refrigerator out to access the back, he put down newspapers to roll it onto, so as not to scratch our hardwood floors. Very professional, timely, and reasonably priced service call of $55.50.
