Our refrigerator icemaker stopped working, so Applicance Care Center came out and said it wasn't our icemaker but the cooling element was bad. He went and got the part and put it on. For two trips and the cost of a part, their fee was extremely reasonable. The repairer was professional and you could tell he was very knowledgeable. We were already impressed, but he added to our delight when he called the next day to make sure everything was still working OK. Great service! This company is A+. We will definitely use them again.

I was very pleased with the way the repairs were handled. He took the time to explain what the issue was, our options and his prices were very reasonable. I would certianly hire him again to work on my appliances. He was very trustworthy.

Scott arrived same day of initial call and quickly diagnosed problem. Ordered part (advised it would take 1 to 1.5 weeks); called 9 days later when part arrived . Came by next day and installed part. Scott is very professional and I will continue to call him for all appliance repair needs.

My microwave was heating continuously even when I didn't tell it to! Scary...so I unplugged it and I called Appliance Care Center the next day. Scott Jones was in the neighborhood and came right away. Naturally when he plugged the appliance in it worked perfectly. So, Scott said he couldn't determine how to repair it unless it was working improperly. He told me what to do if that happened again and then call him immediately. Three days later it happened again. I called Scott and he came right away, determined that we needed a new circuit board. He ordered it and two days later replaced it and the microwave is working perfectly. Scott was very nice, professional and I will use him again in the future. I would definitely recommend him.

Scott responded to my call immediately and arrived within hours to perform the repairs. He did a wonderful job diagnosing the problems, securing and installing the needed parts, and checking in with us afterwards to see that the appliances were working as they should. He would not accept any payment until he and we were satified that the problems had been solved. What a gem of a guy!!!

Outstanding service. I called several people on Angies list, and many do not service Bosch dishwashers. When I asked one why he doesn't repair Bosch, the answer was that it takes a long time to get parts. Another provider was too busy to respond at the time I called. What a difference it was dealing with Scott. He actually repaired our dishwasher on Christmas Eve morning. The part came in just a few days. The dishwasher works like new again, and Scott took only a week during a busy holiday season to make this so. Wouldn't think of dealing with anyone but Scott for appliance repair after this experience.

Scott is very responsive, helpful and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend for any appliance repair and will always call him first with future needs.

Appliance Care Center tried first to repair the board and eventually replaced it as soon as he saw it wasn't heating as it should. All this was completed in one or two hours max. I appreciated he tried first to fix it instead of replacing it right away. He did a great job and I'll call him again for any other appliance problem.

While we decided to buy a new washer instead of having Scott repair the old one, we give Scott an A+++ review for the services he did provide. We were incredibly impressed with Scott's responsiveness and the time he spent in researching our problem. Before he returned our call (on a Sunday!), he had already been researching based on the error code from our washer we left in our voice mail. He gave us a great deal of information when he returned our call. He was prompt, thorough, friendly and efficient. We were extremely pleased with his research service for us, and he will definitely be the person we call when we need other appliance service.

Scott returned our call promptly and set up an appointment the same afternoon. As soon as the part arrived, he returned to install it but then discovered that the warehouse had sent a component but not the entire assembly. He restored the original components and ordered the remaining parts. When these arrived he returned and installed everything. Scott charged for only one service call despite making three trips and promised to return if anything should go wrong with the new unit. This was the best service experience we've had in a long time.

My front loading Bosch washer was leaking from the gasket around the door. It was also making lots of noise and had been moved several times. So, I emailed Scott after seeing the positive reviews on Angie's List. I sent him some photos so he could see the problem, and he ordered the part. He was very easy to get an appointment with and flexible when I had issues. He really knew his stuff too.He let me know when the part was available and fixed it quickly. He tightened up my machine to help with the squeeks. He let me know the cost up front and it was exactly as he stated. I can't remember exactly what the cost was now, but I know it was the same as quoted, so no surprises. I would definitely use him to repair any of my appliances.

Came did not have part came next day and repaired very professional. Reasonable price.

The experience I had was wonderful. Scott responded to my voicemail within an hour and after I was able to get him the info he needed, he was very professional and let me know that he had a few other jobs to do that were scheduled, but if he had time at the end of the day, he would come by. He called back mid-afternoon and let me know he was available to come on over, so he did. He arrived timely and after a minute or so, he knew exactly what was wrong with the ice-maker. Actually, he knew what was wrong with it even before he arrived. With the information I provided him earlier in the day, his experience let him know exactly what the problem was. It only took him about 10 minutes to complete the job and he was very courteous and conversational as the job was being done. He shared his knowledge about my particular refrigerator and I would definitely use him again in the future. His pricing is on the spot and I wouldn't hesitate calling him. Before he installed the part, he let me know how much the part was and how much labor was.

He's been great. He is his third work for me. He is really professional, and honest about what the repair is and what the cost would be. He has given me the cons on if I should repair or buy new. His prices are very fair also.

Outstanding! Scott saved me a lot of money and fixed and warranteed what two other companies could not fix. He was prompt and very courteous. I would recommend him in a heartbeat. Our GE wall oven would not keep its temperature even though we only had it 18 months. Two other companies said over the phone it was probably the circuit board and that it was on factory backorder with no release date. We checked back for two months with no progress. Scott said that often he can diagnose the board and fix it on-site. That's what he did. He found a bad connection on the board, re-soldered it and charged $90, not $350. He warranteed the board for 18 months and said if he had to get a new board he would deduct the $90 from the cost. Also his price for a board and labor is $270, not the $350 I was quoted at the other places. He also threw in some adjustment work on the oven/microwave, saying it had not been installed correctly by the original contractor.

Was very prompt and responsive. We will definitely use Scott anytime we need help with an appliance.

All went well the four times he came. I will be calling him again the next time I have problems with an appliance.

The problem was in the control board and it had to be acquired. He returned and installed it as soon as it arrived at his location. Very good communication and no surprises ... except the failed control board.

Everything went smoothly. The only thing that took time was waiting for the frost to melt, which he expedited with a heat gun. He was done and cleaned up in about a half hour.

Scott responded promptly to my call to do this minor repair. He was very good to agree to reassemble the oven door, not a big service call for him but he definitely did a great job fixing what was a huge problem for me! Very good service.

On a day when Charlotte received 7 inches of rain in four hours, Scott Jones came to my house to fix my dishwasher and was on time. He had to take detours as roads were flooded and closed. He called to let me know he was coming. He was always professional and kind. He fixed the dishwasher and called to make sure it worked and that everything was okay. I would definitely use him again.

On Monday July 11th while trying to dry my clothes, I noticed that the drum of the dyer was not turning. This problem also happened in November of 2010, and Appliance Care Center had installed a new belt at that time. So, I called Scott Jones (owner) and asked him to come over again and check it out. He was unable to come out that evening but offered to return the next day. He showed up and surveyed the situation. Scott placed the belt back on the drum. He also replaced a part that he thinks causes a lot of belt strain. I was very satisfied with his ability to detect the problem quickly, his expertise in fixing the problem, and his suggested part swap to try to alleviate this problem in the future. I was prepared to pay for the service call, or at least a trip charge, but Scott insisted he had been here recently and required no payment. Scott Jones, owner of Appiance Care Center is one of a kind. I trust his judgement with appliances. His promptness and thorough service is unequalled. He is definitely my go-to-guy for appliance repair.
