I contacted several companies to help me with an "emergency" washer repair at my rental property. Scott responded in a timely manner, and was able to help me the next day. (Other companies contacted either did not return my calls, or could not schedule a visit for several days.) He quickly ordered and installed the necessary part, and was flexible about working with my tenants and my own schedule.

Everything went very well, prompt in returning my initial call, available within a day. Nice person, patient.

Scott was excellent to work with. Came out quickly and managed a temporary fix so that we could use the washer until a needed replacement part could be obtained. Came back to install the part. Made two visits and repaired the washer at a very reasonable cost. Would definitely use Scott's services again.

Scott responded promptly to my phone call and came out to fix our refrigerator the same day of our request. Very kind and honest and did excellent work! We were very pleased with both his response and time. I would highly recommend him to others needing repair of their appliances.

I'd highly recommend calling Scott first with an appliance issue. He responded very rapidly to my call, actually dropping by our home to assess the situation within 1 hour. He assessed the problem in 10 minutes, explained that he'd be able to get the part by the next day and was here early the next morning, fixing the problem in 20 minutes. Scott is very knowledgeable, efficient, dependable, great to work with and affordable. He also gave me a very reasonable estimate on an oven problem we're having and sent me some educational material via an Internet link to help me learn more. Scott will be the first person I'll call in the future for appliance issues.

I called Scott because not long ago he replaced a defrosting element in my refrigerator. Scott was prompt, conscientious and thoughtful. (It helped that I was usually his first call of the day). He did a great deal of research to find out exactly how to repair my unit and tried to find an alternate source for the part it needed. The final bill was less than I had expected. I think one would have to look around a lot to find someone as honest and sincere as Scott.

I left a voice mail on the business phone on Saturday indicating the problem was not an emergency and could be taken care of during the week. Scott called me back Sunday afternoon to schedule a service call for the basic charge of $38. He arrived within the agreed upon time window and left about two hours later with everything working fine. He tested the oven carefully and fully to make sure the new valve worked properly. Before he left, I asked him about my refrigerator and my clothes washer and he freely advised me about each one, indicating neither needed any preventative repair. He's a really nice fellow who knows his stuff and is not out to gouge anybody. I will definitely call on him again.

Every time Scott has come out he has responded promptly, come when he says he's going to come, and finishes the job quickly and under budget.
