Scott was right on time and very helpful. The dishwasher fix will be a bit tricky but he explained the different options and gave me an estimate ahead of time, which I really appreciate.

Scott came at the appointed time, diagnosed the problem quickly, but had to go buy the part. We had made an appt. for him to come back to install it the next morning, but he had a cancellation and so came back the same day to fix it.

Our dryer stopped heating, so we called the Appliance Care Center to take a look. They returned our call immediately and setup an appointment for the following day. Scott arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and repaired a faulty safety sensor in less than one hour. Great service, great price, and great experience. Thanks Scott!

It went great. I described the problem to Scott over the telephone and he asked for the model # etc., saying he thought he knew what the problem was. Once I gave him the required info, he obtained the part prior to coming to my house. He had diagnosed it accurately and had the dryer running very quickly. I really appreciated the fact that by listening to my description over the telephone, he saved me the cost of a second visit.

Our refrigerator stopped cooling by about 75%, I called Scott and left a msg. He returned the call within an hour and showed up the next morning (Labor day) at 8:30AM. He was polite, Identified the issue right away and cleared up the problem quickly. We are very satisfied and will use his services again!

I called him to look at my dishwasher. Scott promptly called me back and we arranged a time to meet at the rental property one or two days later. Scott showed up on time without issue and he checked out the dishwasher. He determined that the timer and pump were bad and priced out the parts to replace it. The parts were pricey, so I ended up buying a new dishwasher and installing it myself. Scott was very helpful, I will use him again once the need arises.

Dryer would not turn on. Called on Sunday, they came out on Monday. He had to order the part, the dryer is almost 20 years old. He got us up and running on Monday temporarily with out the part so we could dry clothes and then came back on Tuesday to replace the part. Great Job!

He was very polite and punctual. Solved problem quickly and at less cost than estimated! Followed up via e-mail to make sure I was satisfied. I would definitley call him again.

Scott couldn't have been more helpful. He called me back within an hour even though he lists his hours from Mon-Fri. He said he would be right over to look at the refrigerator and he was. After diagnosing the problem and telling me that it would be covered under the warranty, he refused to take any money for his time and effort. He couldn't have been more helpful. I will never call anyone else to service an appliance.

Our clothes dryer was tearing holes and leaving un-cleanable marks on our clothing. We called this company on a Friday evening and scheduled the service for a Monday morning. After describing the particulars of our situation, he had a good idea of the issue and purchased the parts he needed before coming. His hunch was right and he even took time to show and explain the issue as well as how he would resolve it. Great experience, would definitely use again.

We noticed our freezer started thawing on a Tuesday night. I thought somebody had just left the door opened accidentally. But the next morning, we awoke to a pool of water and a warm refrigerator too. Called a few places listed on Angie's List around 8 A.M. and left messages. Scott was the first to call me back about 8:30. He was out to our house by 9 and had us up and running shortly thereafter. Turns out a part had gone bad and lucky-for-me, he had the replacement kit in his truck. I appreciated Scott's honest appraisal of the situation. He showed me the 'fried' part that was responsible for the failure, and shared with me that there was no way the part should have gone bad - the fridge is just 4 years old :( He also shared with me a basic tip - put liquid thermometers (1-2 dollars at any store) in both the fridge and freezer at eye-level. That way, as soon as I see something out of the ordinary, I can give him a call and he can probably have it fixed before I lose any food to thawing/spoiling. In sum, I would not hesitate to give Scott a call the next time one of my major appliances breaks down.

I tried a "larger" appliance repair group first- appointments were hard to come by, a different person had to come for each of my issues, etc. They ran so late on my appointment that I canceled and called Appliance Care Center. Scott took all the information over the phone to better be prepared for our appointment in case parts were needed. He came within 2 days, was very helpful and thorough, AND CALLED SEVERAL DAYS LATER TO SEE HOW THINGS WERE GOING! You can't beat that.

Our washing machine was getting stuck in the spin cycle and the rinse cycle. Laundry couldn't be washed without the machine being constantly monitored. We called Appliance Care Center after trying unsuccessfully diagnose our problem on the internet. Scott simply had to adjust a drain pipe,and our issues ended!

The washer started leaking onto our floor Thursday. I came home that evening and looked under the washer. I was unable to decide if it was a hose or pump. I called Scott Friday morning and ask if he could look at it today. He told me that he was very busy Friday, but that he would meet me at home at 12:00 He was right on time. He found the pump bad and it was replaced. Scott saved the day for my wife.

Scott responded promptly to my call and came out to check on our dryer the same day. He arrived right on time and was easy to work with. Turns out our dryer started working again (figures it would once we called someone to come out). Scott answered some questions about how our dryer was hooked up and worked to reconnect the vent as well as run some tests on the function. This is our second time using Scott and we will definitely call him again if we need him!

Scott provided a root cause analysis as to why the unit needed repair. A thermostat on the exhaust vent had failed. He went a step further to point out that my dryer flap not fully opening may have been the ultimate culprit as the exhaust gases were not able to fully escape in addition to the age of the unit. (Of course, this repair will be added to my to do list for the house!) As part of his service, he inspected all of the internal parts such as the drum, belt, burner igniter, and drum motor. Using my shop vac, he even vacuumed the inside out! I was pleased to have my dryer of 14 years back in peak operation! Finally if I decided to not do the repairs, he would've only charged $45. This fee is far more reasonable than the competitors, and his total repair price wasn't too far from the diagnostic fee!

Everything went great. Scott returned my call same day, and we arranged an appointment for the next day. Scott arrived on time and had the problem diagnosed and corrected within an hour. Great value!

My gas oven would not light. Scott was prompt, thorough and efficient. He got right to work and was very diligent in his work. He tested the oven several times to be sure it worked properly before he left.

I placed a call to Scott about my broken washing machine and left a message. I called another service provider as well. Scott called back within 90 minutes and was very polite and professional. The other company responded before he did and went out of their way to accommodate my hectic schedule so I ended up going with them. But based on my experience over the phone with Scott and the reports of other Angie's list members, I will definitely add Appliance Care Center to my list of providers to call. He was also very willing to work around my schedule.

I called Scott and left a message around 7:30 AM and a little after 8AM he returned my call. He called his 9AM customer and asked if he could bump him out a little and was at my home a little after 9AM. He is very courteous and very knowledgeable and very responsive. He troubleshooted the issue. Bad switch and left to go get the part and by 10:30 everything was done.

Great service. Scott was quick to call back and set an appointment. He was on time and friendly. His estimate was accurate. He also let me know additional outcomes as well. He was actually able to fix while on site. It avoided a new washer purchase for a little while.

Scott was great! He came to our house the same day I first called him, and had identified the problem within the half hour. He needed to order the part & as soon as it came in, a couple days later, called back to come over and install it. Very responsive and friendly.

Scott was very nice and explained the problem with the washer. He also gave me a tip regarding the drain pipe to save money on calling a plumber. He also checks his office for the part my oven was missing and was back on Friday to repair. He did follow up with me the day before to ensure I still wanted the repair completed. Very nice and polite. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends as well as use his services again.

Scott called before he came and was at my house for a total of 45 minutes. He had the parts to fix both appliances with him. He was very nice also. When I told him that my washing machine was making noise and that I would probably be calling him about it in the near future, he looked at it and showed me how to balance it on my own. I will definitely call him again if I need an appliance repairman.
