APPLIANCE CARE CENTER

This was a great experience. My dryer is ancient, but I had given Scott the model number over the phone, and he had brought a heating element, which turned out to be what needed to be replaced. He cleaned out the back of the dryer and gave me some advice about the exhaust hose and how it was getting squashed. He was very nice and really speedy. He also gave me an estimate before doing the repair. He seemed to really know his stuff, I would absolutely call him again for an applicance repair.

My washer stopped wringing clothes near the end of April and we went on Angie's list to get a washer repairman. Scott came out the next morning, and the washer WAS WORKING FINE!!! He tried and tried to get it to malfunction, then told us that he had to charge us the $45.50 initial evaluation fee, but if it quit working again, to leave it as it was, and call him. If it occurred within 90 days, he would waive the $45.50. On August 8th, the washer stopped working again. We figured we would have to re-pay the initial fee, but had been so impressed with Scott's honesty that we once again called him. He came out the next day, got it working enough to get out the load of clothes I had been washing, and told us that it was the clutch, and that it would probably be fairly expensive, but that he would check on parts, availability, and would give us an estimate. He never re-charged the initial $45.50, and came in almost $40.00 under estimate. He did a great job, cleaned everything up beautifully and even called back in a week to make sure that everything was working fine. We wouldn't hesitate to have him work on any of our appliances in the future.

Scott Jones is the best, most reliable appliance service person I have ever used. He always calls ahead to let you know his approximate time of arrival; is cordial and very professional and makes sure he cleans up any debris. This is exactly what happened with my situation today.

Everything went well and icemaker has been working great this week.

My refrigerator had stopped cooling and I had no idea what was wrong with it. Scott was able to accomodate my schedule and came out to fix it the same day. He explained what the problem was and was very professional and curteous.

I called Scott because I feared I might have a gas leak in the dryer. He responded almost immediately. He communicates well and is very conscientious. He solved the mystery of the oder and didn't charge me a lot. I won't hesitate to call him again in the future.

Scott is great. This is the third time he has helped me. My cat chewed through the ice maker water line that is a part of the refrigerator. Not the one that runs from the water supply to the refrigerator, that you can buy from a hardware store and replace yourself, but the one that is intragrated into the appliance. Scott was on time, worked quickly, and efficently. He wrapped all of the water lines in a foil tape to discourgae the cat from trying ths again.

Scott was fast and efficient. He returned my call promptly. He quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem.

The dryer drum stopped turning, but heat was still being applied in the dryer. I was preparing to go out of town the next morning so I suggested to my wife to call Appliance Care Center (Scott Jones). I was convinced that it was the belt so when my wife called Scott she told him it was probably the belt. Scott came out that same day and changed the belt in a very short time. He was courteous and professional, now the dryer is back in working order. Scott's friendly attitude and prompt service, along with fair pricing make Appliance Care Center a pleasure to work with.

Washer repaired. Worked great for 2 weeks, then a phantom problem came about. Scott came again at no charge. Told me to call again if need be.

He was very helpful, and did a very good job. He also cleaned up the place once the job was done. My overall experience with him has been good.

Scott was very prompt and professional. He called the next day to see if the dryer was working better.

Scott did a great job, and my satisfaction with him has been wonderful. He successfully repaired all applications. I know that he is going to come when he says he is going to come. He is punctual, and he is never overpriced. He is neat and clean about his work.

It was wonderful. He is polite, prompt, reasonable, and does quality work. As far as I am concerned, he is the only one I would call again.

When I called Scott was very honest and said that the problem with the washer may be under warranty. When I told him I called the warranty service center with no response he said he would be willing to come out and take a look at the washer but would have to order a part if one was needed. Although he wasn't able to come that day which he said he probably wouldn't be able to he was able to come the following which he did. He quickly diagnosed the problem and suggested I try the LG Service center again just in case they considered it under warranty. He said he would be happy to come back and repair if needed. I did call the warranty repair place and although the part wasn't covered under warranty they did come out and the problem was exactly what Scott said it was -the sensor.

Great experience. There really wasn't much wrong with the dishwasher, more with the way I was using it. The serviceman explained the water probably didn't drain because there may have been food in the garbage disposal, and explained to me the proper way to use that, too. He checked every cycle of the washer, demonstrated that it did work, and explained how to get it to perform better by making sure I started with hot water, used both wash cycles, used Jet-Dry to get the door dry, and basically reassured me that the dishwasher was doing it's job. He had a nice manner - did not make me feel dumb. Only charged for the visit - $45.50. He was able to come immediately after I called. I couldn't be more satisfied.

Scott Jones came out and fixed a gear in my washing machine. About three weeks later I called him again because it stopped working. He had me do a couple of tests on it and figured out that the gear he put in had broken. He came out and replaced it at no charge. I will use him again in the future.

My ice maker stopped working and Scott came out to repair. It was determined that he needed to order a part. The part came in a few days later and he came back and installed. He stayed until he was absolutely sure the ice maker was making ice. He explained everything he did as well as showed me the broken part. He was very agreeable to coming at a convenient time.

I emailed Scott one evening and heard back the next morning. He asked me to call him with the model number so he could check for possible available parts. He could come that day, but I wasn't home to have him come out until the next day. He came by in the afternoon and was in and out in a half hour. He knew that it was the belt right away and had the part. I was glad it was so easy to repair and that it was repairable!!

Scott was very responsive and punctual. He checked all components of the dishwasher, cleaned filters/hoses, and couldn't find anything wrong. He wouldn't take payment until after we'd run the washer over the weekend, and called him to say it was fine.

Scott was available to come look at our washer the day I called him. He came out, diagnosed the problem, fixed it (no parts needed) and we haven't had an issue since.

I left a message after business hours about my refrigerator not cooling and I received a return call first thing in the morning before I had left for work. I was able to schedule my service within the half hour and it was repaired and working an hour later. Very responsive and efficient!

He came out a number of times, in order to fix the problem completely, and also called afterward to make sure that the dryer was working properly. He did a great job!

He told us we would probably be best buying a new one. It was a front load Kenmore. He said he could repair it, but he recommended replacing it.

Scott was the only provider who called me back. He diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and fixed the oven. It took a couple of weeks for the part to come but when it did come in he called me and made arrangements to come out afterhours. It is rare to encounter a service provider in any field so conscientious and a real gentleman as well. He was a pleasure to work with.
