Description of Work: Roby renovated our home and tore down some walls to open the floor plan and then completely redid the kitchen area to make it much larger (we combined the existing kitchen with a room that adjoined that had previously been used as a study). The experiecne was good. They delivered on time. You pay the premium using Roby especially when we had the work done, but we've been happy with the product.

Description of Work: Had a rodent smell in downstairs powder room. They tore out the sheet rock and cleaned out wall. BIggest problem was determining where the odor was coming from and solution. Very good at analyzing problem and coming up with solution. Made numerous trips to find problem. Sealed wall up and wallpapered room. Small job but they made it seem like it was important to them. Have used them for over 25 years and continue to be very pleased.

 + -1 moreFirst, the estimator (Brendan) missed our first appointment. He claimed it was on Thursday, when it was actually Wednesday. Then, when he came to my house he was not professionally dressed. He didn't seem to want to be there, because I offered 3 times for him to have a seat so I could ask him some questions and he never sat down. He was at our home for only 25 minutes. Lastly, he never called back with an estimate. We had gotten two very good references for this company, so we're quite confused about this. It is possible the estimator is not representing the company correctly.

 + -1 moreI did have other estimates prepared. They fell in between. The gentleman I worked with was extremely knowledgeable (Chris Maynard). A-1 from start to finish. The room is beautiful it is now the best room in the house. I wish the rest of the house had that much attention to detail devoted to it. I would hire again in a heartbeat.

IF SOMETHING IS NOT RIGHT, IT'S BEEN MY EXPERIENCE, THEY SEND SOMEONE OUT RIGHT AWAY TO CORRECT IT. EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE MORE EXPENSIVE IT IS WELL WORTH THE PEACE OF MIND. IF SOMETHING DOES GO WRONG THEY FIX IT.
