100% recommend this company. They worked with me when the remodel company that caused the water damage refused to give me insurance information. They walked me through what to say to get company to give me the insurance information. My insurance broker even asked for American Water damage of Charlotte's name to recommend to people. My insurance agent said the other big company with the lyme green trucks usually uses a sledgehammer when only a scalpel is needed. American Water damage of Charlotte was able to save my tile bathroom that had some damage without ripping it up. Very professional group of people that were very friendly during a stressful time for me and my family.
