Because of freezing weather, they were very late arriving, but kept me informed along the way. EVERY one was very professional and helpful. Even their answering service was helpful!!! I would definitely recommend. The repair work completed by Sean was better than I could of imagined. ABSOLUTELY WOULD RECOMMEND!!!

We knew we needed repair services, but did not know which of the many companies we should choose. We were lucky enough to connect with American Mechanical because they are WONDERFUL. The technician, (Sean) arrived on time, made sure he understood all the work that needed to be done, gave us a detailed quote, and explanation of the work to be done, and once we agreed, He did every thing exactly as described, American Mechanical is the right choice. Sean, was so polite, professional and skilled, we were blown away. The work he accomplished looks great, all problems are fixed, he explained things as he progressed and in summary, I would HIGHLY recommend the company and especially, this talented technician. They texted me a time that they would be there; they came by 4 hour later. The cost for them to just connect the lines for kitchen faucet is too much. I thought they would cut the lines, but all they did was push up the extra length of the hose under the sink. I was not impressed with their work or their time to be on time for the cost of this job.

They were expensive and a little unreliable as far as scheduling.

The technician explained in detail which unit would best suit our families needs with accurate measurements and details about the system that I ultimately chose. This was the best experience I have ever had when making a major purchase such as this. The technician was through and professional. they charged an $85.00 dollar fee to come and do the estimate, which goes towards the project. however If I did not get the work completed by them I would be out $85.00 dollars

This was the SECOND TIME I made the mistake of calling this company to come out. I hired them to perform my generator maintenance which costed a couple hundred dollars for them to come out and do an oil change. Well, 2 weeks after that my capacitors blew. So I recently had them come out to respond to the Low Voltage failure that was caused by the capacitors. That visit was $150 alone, for them to say, "yup, its the capacitors - we'll get them on order for you and call you Monday". 10 days went by and still no call, and no fixed generator. It's now been two weeks. I called twice yesterday and was told they'd have someone respond with some information within 30 mins... NOTHING. I've easily dropped over $500 with this company and still don't have a working generator.... and it's hurricane season.

The staff was friendly and efficient. They went out of their way to explain what they were doing and why. I'll call them again.

We bought the system because of Mike in sales, who came our and did a professional job So far, we love our new system!!

The rep which came out was very helpful and reviewed all of my concerns. He did a great job to make sure there was no issues. He gave fee evaluation since i went though home advisor. I did not get my follow up email with summary he promised that was my only disappointment.

Very professional operation. We wanted a new system not another patch. That is just what we got right down to the nuts and bolts. All new Trane purring away now and we are smiling.

I manage several rental properties and my regular HVAC person couldn't come when I wanted. Called Rodger with American Mechanical, Scott showed up a couple hours later and took care of my problem. Good service, fair price, seems I have a new HVAC company!!!
