The technicians (Tom & another gentleman) were great. The work was completed in a timely manner once they arrived. They were professional and courteous. My concern is the way the day is scheduled by the company. While I understand jobs run late, both times we had a scheduled appointment, the job before ran way long and our appt was pushed later and later. The first appt, it was not a huge problem. The second time they were scheduled to come, I was told that the latest time slot we could have would be 2pm, because the work would take three hours and the technician could not start a three hour job later than 3pm. My husband arranged to be home at 2pm. In the past, we have gotten a call letting us know if there is a delay. I called at 3-ish to see what the story was, as they had not shown up or called. They told me the technician was on a very complicated job that was running over and he would be in touch as soon as he was heading our way. I called just before 5pm because I wanted to catch the office staff before the left for the day. They said it could be 6:15 before the technician got to us. We needed the work done and the technician was willing to come start the work after running so late, which was great, but REALLY? Four hours after the appointment time, Tom and his co-worked arrived and took care of business. But, American Mechanical needs to do a much better job with scheduling their people, for their consideration and that of their customers.

Rodney W. was personable, professional and courteous. He painstakingly diagnosed the issue with 2 multiple switches that affected 2 sets of lights and an overhead fan. He explained his work throughout the process, uncovered the causes, replaced 2 faulty switches and rewired the "travel" wiring between 2 much-lights switch panels. A true professional, I will hire Rodney any time I have an electrical issue.

Excellent customer service and a thorough job! Eric was very personable and used the right equipment to get the job done (I say this because the last plumber that excavated our sink crushed our gutter when he had to go on the roof). The fact that he was so very friendly even though it's only 30 degrees outside and spitting rain just added to it!!!!

Ed, from American Mechanical, did an outstanding job replacing a kitchen sink faucet and fixing a slow draining bathroom sink at our home in Aragona Village. He was very courteous and answered all our questions. He quickly completed both repairs and did QUALITY work. The repair quote he gave us matched the final cost and the price was very reasonable. I would not hesitate having Ed repair any plumbing problems you may have. Simply put he knows what he is doing.

OUTSTANDING PERSONNEL AND SERVICE. YOU WANT THESE PROFESSIONALS! American Mechanical installed a replacement whole house generator and transfer switch. Very pleased with this install. I have been dealing with American Mechanical since June 2008 for service and install for a whole house generator and since 2013 for a Trane mini-split for my wood shop. The service has been exceptional and every person I have dealt with from reception; sales; service contracts; installers; service technicians; and management have demonstrated true professionalism and are all very courteous. I can not single out any one individual as they all have treated me fantastic. I will soon be asking them to perform bi-annual service on my house HVAC as the service from the company I currently use has proven unreliable after 24 years of being their customer. I am loyal to vendors that provide good service and have good personnel.

Installation of both outside and inside units were done both professionally and efficiently. Hopefully by adding a new air duct system and a 15 SERE Trane system will see a big reduction in my electric bill. Corrected lots of problems within the house and done with the utmost compassion and respect. Was glad I choose this company

After being turned down by several companies for wet hardwood floor and carpet in which we thought it was a foundation issue, their technician Phil wasn't there for 5 minutes and had troubleshooted the problem. He found other wet spots and it turned out to be a leak under the kitchen sink. He had the leak fixed quickly. We werent charged for emergency call either even though it was after 5pm and an add in call
