The lead technician Duane Hillegas and his associate Matt completed the service upgrade in a professional and service commitment approach. I would recommend American Mechanical,Inc to other customers.

They were punctual, thorough, and completely upfront with there fees. Will use again.

Installers were on time, so professional, cleaned up after they were done, helped to set up thermostat and sync to my phone, courteous... I would not hesitate to have them back! We are extremely satisfied! Thank you!

I am completely satisfied. I had a leak between the water meter and the house somewhere under the concrete driveway. After discussing options with Sean Mayo, my American Mechanical's technician, it made more sense to have the whole line replaced than to only locate and repair the leak under the driveway. It made more sense to have the whole line replace than to just fix the leak under the driveway, considering that American Mechanical has a 10-year warranty for the new line. American Mechanical ran the new line for about half the price the company with the big blue trucks quoted me! Plus, American Mechanical moved the main shut-off valve from the completely illogical location in the crawlspace to a more sensible location near the exterior foundation. The other guys did not include moving the cutoff valve in their quote. I would recommend this company over the other guys.

The first plumber, I feel manufactured the problem. I am sure it did not exist before as I was given demonstrations at Comet Plumbing. I feel the reason was to make money on a visit that should have been easy for them. That mechanic fixed the problem with a part that cost under twenty dollars and the bill was $185.00. After he left I began to clean up and noticed a leak on the floor. Called American back and they did send another mechanic. He was extremely understanding and left me with a dry floor. He was very good. Phil is his name and he thought the first should have foreseen that a leaking would have happened and made necessary repairs.

I actually did this for my house I had up for sale. Everything was done by phone. Communication was amazing and quick. They were there the next day for a free quote. They gave me 7 options with price. Called me to explain each quote. Installed the next day upon choice of quote. Great company to use for all your needs.

The work they did was clean and comprehensive, the workers were courteous and friendly. My frustration comes from their lack of preparation and that the contingencies I discussed with the person who gave me the quote was not what ultimately happened. They did not have the right tools to try and remove the old wiring, ultimately trying some questionable methods they ended up using exterior cable when we had discussed running conduit, but being without power my options on fighting for a different path were limited. While everything was installed in a professional manner and to code, it was not in my opinion, cleaner, more capable, or better than what was removed, it was just newer.

I took a long while to comment on this company as it is hard to not to say the right thing when not satisfied. What sales promised was not what I expected upon installation. He called almost every day. Which almost made me not go with them. What sold me on this company was their website. Very professional. Very appealing. I forgot it was a sales pitch as well. When trying to talk with the head installer he was not the nicest person to talk to. The unit works but I have never seen a unit made on project. They used some kind of white stuff that hardened for the extended portion they needed. I could not believe it was not metal like the base unit. Maybe in the attic but it is not a nice looking thing to see. I cannot explain it. They got the white sticky stuff all over bedspread. I was able to finally get it out. They damaged the framing (molding) around the attic opening. They should have removed it completely and then put it back up. One piece had been previously damaged so I had purchased a piece for replacement. They advised they would put the new piece up. They did but damaged it as well. But it has four sides. They completely broke the corner piece off. They did not even let me know. I almost went with another company. I wish I had.

Bobby and Dylan were very professional. Answered all questions and explained everything thoroughly. Would definitely recommend them and American Mechanical to anyone.

Answered questions completely,courteous and respectful of my property and made me feel comfortable with the job they had performed. I have no complaints and know precisely what to do if I need help and believe the response will be quick and we'll defined for a senior customer.

I selected this company because when they came out for the quote they looked at my entire home and strategized ways to install lighting with minimal repairs needed afterwards. They were the only company that did that. This team installed lighting, replaced/updated switches and sockets and ran speaker wire. They were fast and professional. I would definitely hire again.

The technician was kind and conscientious to our needs. He ensured the clog issue was completely handled as well as helping with other issues that arose while he was at our home.

I felt intimated from the onsite plumber who screamed at me during the evaluation and estimate Rich P . I didn't approve of their work and was not presented a service agreement and/or costs. This was a horrible experience .

Excellent employees. The office staff and technicians who were at our home were patient with all our questions. Very diligent, hard working crew.

I felt like I was in good hands soon as I met Rich. He was professional, efficient and top quality. Based on him we decided to hire A.M. to do two more bathrooms. Quality of this company is consistent all across every employee I have met including over the phone. This was our second big project and I would not consider hiring someone else.
