We were also given discounts for the new HVAC system. Out of 4 estimates, American Mechanical provided us with the best deal.

Eric is a very knowledgeable individual, especially when dealing with pluming issues. I would rate his work quality as excellent and, likewise, his customer service. Moreover, the cost for what was done was not realistic. He resolved the problem in minutes, but had to charge a set-fee (Tier 1), as required by his employee.

Very honest and reliable

I had standing water between my neighbors yard and mine. Contacted American Mechanical via Home Advisor suggestion. Sean Mayo was the technician and was extremely professional. I was concerned about having a water or sewer leak on my end but after his assessment he reassured me it was not coming from my property. With the neighbors permission he was kind enough to check my neighbors water meter and neither of our water or sewer lines were leaking. He confidently informed me the problem was coming from the neighbors irrigation system because as he was checking the property out he could hear the neighbors well pump coming on and off. He suggested i speakewith the neighbor and ask them to look into their system. I did as Sean suggested. I sat in my garage and timed how often the well pump was coming on. It was coming on every 1 minute and 12 seconds. The next morning I took video of the sprinkler system on. As one of the sprinkler system heads would rotate it would hit their satellite dish and all the water would get deflected into my yard. I spoke with the neighbors and they thought their irrigation system was off but when I showed them the video they realized it was not turned off. As I spoke with them and showed them the video their well pump kept turning on and off. They apologized and quickly turned off the irrigation system and unplugged the well pump until they can get it fixed. Sean May was the key player in getting this problem resolved. David was great. The day was getting late and an old house with unexpected electrical issues meant the dishwasher wasn't able to be finished today but he laid out exactly what he'll need to when he comes back out.

I was surprised at the cost. I've never had water sewer line cleared before and it was quite a bit more expensive than I thought it would be. I will say that Robin was very prompt in arriving, completed the work very quickly and efficiently. I've had other work (A/C install) done by this company and was very pleased with their work. Would not hesitate to use them again.

American Mechanical is always great. They were prompt, diagnosed the problem quickly, and the repair was completed less than 24 hours later.
