McKenzie Blair was my service technician. He listened to my concerns and then proved he listened through his actions. He showed me at every step what he was doing and as part of the signing off showed me pictures of what was accomplished in the attic. My home will be comfortable for the winter.

I have a new generac generator that was installed only 6 months ago. It suffered a scorched panel last night and the company that did the install could not come out and fix it on a Sunday and recemmended we call American Mechanical Rodney showed up after only an hour after first contact and fixed the problem in less than 15 minutes. Outstanding service

The removal/replacement of the ductwork in our attic could not have gone smoother. Drew, the lead tech, and Mason and Dillion were great. Very professional, friendly, and kept me informed all along the way. I asked for additional information on a new programmable thermostat. Drew took it in stride, ordered and replaced the old one, and showed me how to use and program the new one. I highly recommend this company, they are just as best. UPDATE 10/30/20: Professional, explained what they were doing, went about their job, and cleaned up afterward. They wore masks and booties. They did a check-up on the project they did last year.
