Service was excellent. Erik was on time, very polite, and walked me through every step. I feel very confident in the work that was done, and appreciate the help!

They quoted me a replacement water heater, but the old one was under warranty. They made no effort to help work the warranty until I took care of the claim myself. When I did, and quoted the labor to replace it, I saved 100 by using another company. They still owe me a refund on the original estimate, two weeks later.

My experience with American Mechanical was exceptional! I was sent identifying information about who my service technician who would be, expected time of arrival and also a call from Mr. Rich Peterson to advise me of how far away he was and his estimated of arrival. Upon arrival, Mr. Peterson identified himself and came in to assess my problem. He provided my wife and I information about options and the estimates. Once we decided our option, he promptly started the work and did so in a very professional way. He removed the old water heater and replaced it with no problems and in a minimal amount of time. After installation was complete, Mr. Peterson gave us instructions about the features of the new water heater and instructed us on yearly maintenance. He was very thorough, very professional and he is, indeed, an outstanding representative for American Mechanical Inc.

I liked they sent a little bio about who the technician was they were sending. That made it feel a little more personable. The technician was very helpful and quick in helping fix my situation. Satisfied customer.

The Repairman (Dennis Kraklio) was as professional as you can get. He listened to the issues I had with my hot water heater. He suggested several alternatives to repair or replace. I have been out of work for almost a year, so expense was an issue. Dennis said "no problem" and came up with a repair that worked out great for my family. He did the work quickly and professionally. Buying home correcto problema found by home inspección

Ave performed maintenance on my Generac whole house generator. Adjusted the valves, changed the air filter, sparks and oil and performed a test on the system. He was quick and thorough and explained what he was doing. GREAT JOB!

James was very thorough and did a great job explaining what type of system I had and how many zones.

Great service, as usual, from American Mechanical. Shawn came to check out a problem I was having with the mechanism in a toilet and the water shutoff, which was noisy. He got the job done and then was gracious enough to change out the mechanism on another toilet I had forgotten to mention. I love that the guys take the time to explain how things work along with problem-solving tips. Keep investing in the employees, it pays off!

Two plumbing projects: install a whole house water filter system at the main water line and install a utility sink in the garage (install drain line, cold/hot water lines). The estimate process went well and very good price for work to be done. The estimator took detailed notes and pictures of the project area and material to be installed. The project was scheduled for two weeks after the estimate. Received a call in the morning of scheduled service stating I was the second call for the plumber assigned. Received call and text about 30 minutes prior to plumber showing up. The plumber assessed work and had to depart twice to get supplies. Completed the whole house water filter (replaced existing piping and valves, and installed new pipe and valves), and installed utility sink drain line, and installed cold water line, but did not install a hot water line, and said he would come back next day to finish. At noon the next day, I sent a text asking when he would be at my house and the company dispatch called and said the next opening would be next week. I am happy with the work and price, but the delay in completing work is a little frustrating. At least I can use the utility sink, cold water only, but it works until they can get back out to finish the job.
