Called in for the water heater making noises. After a diagnostic the energy timer was bugging out, but nothing was wrong, though the tank is now eleven years old. No repairs were needed, so this was for peace of mind. Guy was friendly and stayed concise with his explanations. Good experience.

Had a drain blockage that affected the entire house. The blockage happened after hours, and Ronnie arrived within an hour. He was professional and proficient, and we had our water working normally again before the evening was out.

Dennis came over to do some repair work on issues found during my Spring maintenance checkup. He entered the house (hands full with boxes) walked to/through the back door and never spoke to me until he was ready to do my estimate (work order) (approx 1 hr later). Granted, I was his last appointment of the day, but this was/is not the great/friendly customer service I've come to expect with American Mechanical.

Great method for replacing a water main, no digging, minimal damage to front yard and driveway.

I needed someone fast but the price I payed after calling around was easy over others i talk to about doing the same job. I should of shopped around but it was Friday and my wife need this done.

nice people I have used them many times over the past yeas=rs and I plan on using anytime I need hater or AC work and now that I know they do plumbing work I plan to use them for that as well

A few days before the installation of my home generator my brother passed. I was told it will be a two-day install. When they called to confirm the appointment and I told them I could not do a two day install because I had to leave for the funeral. Blessed their hearts, they worked overtime and complete the install in one day. That meant a lot to me to know that this company has empathy for what I was going through. The installers and office staff were customer service orientated, friendly, polite, knowledgeable and very professional. I would highly recommend and hire this company again.
