Workers was professional took care of your floor went over everything that was to be done to make sure that was what was agreed upon. Little expensive but what ain't these days. Got the job done in a timely matter, one day.

It seemed expensive for the short time it took to solve the problem. However, I did not compare with other companies.

.the company sprayed a sealer which was supposed to seal the leaks in a new duct system which they installed. Why would they need to do this if the ducts were properly sealed? I also found the instillation procedure For sealing the boots to the wallboard was conflicted. The supervisor that oversaw the duct Insulation was that they always sealed the boots to the walboard. When the other crew that did the sealing of the ducts said they didnâ t need to be sealed. I sent pictures to American mechanical and home advisor showing the dust that is still coming into my home and we have been breathing for over a year!

Good next day service, despite the virus craziness. The employee sent was thorough, and had good attention to detail, and took care in his work. I found the pricing to be fair for the good service performed.

Preston L. was the tech assigned to my job. He quickly diagnosed the issue, provided a couple resolutions and explained what each entailed. we worked up a plan and Preston started right in and everything was fixed with some adaptability for future projects. Preston was pleasant and very professional. Excellent work.

Preston was extremely professional, courteous and proficient. He made the needed repair to the kitchen faucet water pressure, installed a new bathroom faucet and went above and beyond snaking and clearing a clogged drain pipe. Would recommend him and American Mechanical to anyone. Will definitely call them for all my future needs

ED, the technician, was very courteous, professional and on time but the problem (pipes knocking) still exists. Could NOT duplicate the knocking noise during the tech's stay.

To date, I've hired American Mechanical plumbers on two different projects; a water line break and a leaking hot water heater. Both projects were scheduled quickly within a very reasonable time frame. Both plumbers were professional, answered all my questions, worked quickly and did not try to sell me anything extra and the workmanship was excellent. Should I need a plumber again, I will call American Mechanical.

I can't give 5 stars because my electrical is all screwed up. Somehow they put some of my lights and outlets on the 220 line - my lightbulbs were popping and exploding! They dispatched someone out last night, but they have to come back up again today to try and fix the problem.
