Great company. What started out as a broken hot water heater turned into a bathtub remodel! These guys were awesome. Very professional and personable. The poor technicians ran into so many problems from my crappy plumbing and they worked their butts off to get the job done! My bathroom looks great and my new hot water heater is fantastic, I cannot recommend this company enough!

American Mechanical has been amazing from the start! They are professional, detailed, thorough and friendly. Everyone that my husband and I have dealt with has been amazing! We had to have our HVAC system replaced because our old system went out. If there were issues or something needed to be ordered, the team has been constantly communicating with us and keeping us informed throughout the entire process. What is also great is they communicate with everyone on their team as well, so everyone knows what is going on. Obviously the work that was done exceeded mine and my husband's expectations. I highly recommend American Mechanical and will be using them for any future projects.

Contacted me the next day by phone, text and email. They quoted and did the work the very next day. I was called and sent a picture of who was coming. The electrician knew exactly what to do.

The work is not yet complete, but Dan spent several hours troubleshooting and found the problem. He has ordered the part and the repair will be completed when the oil pressure sensor arrives.

They were a day late. Well, at first I called in for a water main break. The first guy came out, but he did not have the ability to locate the leak. Had to wait 2-3 days to reschedule a leak locator. Then they did that and scheduled the repair four days later on a Tuesday. I called on Tuesday when no one showed up. Oh no we can fit you in on Wednesday. Say what? Anyway, the work was fine, but they need to improve their dispatching and scheduling service.

The team was professional and completed the full rip out and install of the new HVAC quickly. Well done!

Very quick response time. The technician that was sent was very knowledgable and friendly. While I only needed a new thermostat installed they ran a complete diagnostic of my HVAC system and gave individual costs if I would like to proceed further with zero hassle to buy. I will use them again.

I've had 2 other major repairs, hole home HVAC duct work and generator install and the service has been excellent. Highly recommended.

Tony did a great job!

They were really fast - same day, and even sent the guy back out after I failed to answer my phone initially and they sent him home. He didn't seem thrilled to be here -- that's probably why. We opted just to top off refrigerant, which is ridiculously expensive. He gave us options for more repairs or a complete system replacement. He went up in the attic and took pictures of everything -- he was very thorough.
