It was over 100 degrees in our attic at the time. Anyone working in that heat deserves praise. Jason was prepared and jumped right in. In spite of the grueling conditions, Jason displayed a great attitude and didn't try to rush the job just to get it done.

HONESTY, INTEGRITY, & DEDICATION are the best words to describe Jason. He honestly informed me that a costly upgrade that I inquired about was unnecessary. Jason had enough integrity to stick with the job even though it took slightly longer than expected. The of time needed to complete the project increased, not because of a lack of skill, but because Jason was dedicated to finish the work without error or cutting corners. We have found the go-to electrician for our family.

Due to the high expense of putting Freon R22 in my 2001 unit for the last 3 years. We decided to get a new upgrade unit. Backlogged due to the rain, American Mechanical put freon in my existing unit at no additional charge so we will have air condition until they install my NEW unit. The second time they have been empathetic to my situation.

Since I was so pleased with my generator installation I have stayed with American Mechanical for all my home needs. I have a service contract for plumbing, electrical and HVAC. I like the way they do business and the technicians that have come to my house are so friendly and knowledgeable. The customer service department is very well organized. I have recommended them to all my friends.

I called American Mechanical over the holiday weekend with a non-emergency call. I received a call back within a timely fashion and after describing the problem was told I would be contacted by another member of their team. Within an hour I was scheduled for an appointment for later in the afternoon. At the time I wasn't home, so my wife received the plumber (Mr. Mayo) from American Mechanical and when I got home, he went over everything he had already told my wife in detail with me. We were presented with multiple quotes and recommendations and in the end we went with the best water heater solution. Thank you for being very courteous, polite, and making both myself and my wife feel comfortable with our purchase.
